I\'m sure it would have been nicer if they weren\'t in the process of remodeling but we got kicked out everyday from 10-5 because of it and there was only one bathroom for essentially everyone. Also, its up on the 5 story or so, which is nice, but its only accessible by stairs.

The hostel sucks! The staff is rude and helpless. The hostel is dirty and there is no common place. Toilets are not enough for the amount of hostages, and the kitchen... I don`t really know, cause when I went I wasn`t able to use it cause they where painting it... And if that`s not enough me and my friend had to sleep with the painters, so the hostel smell to fresh paint and smoke from the cigarrettes the painters smoke while working.I will definitely go to another hostel if I return to Florence

Worst hostel I've ever stayed at. The place was dirty and the staff is RUDE, unfriendly, and unsympathetic. There is a lock out from 10 to 430 every day, which is absurd and makes it difficult when you even have to stop back at the hostel fro 5 minutes to drop something off. I'm 90% sure that the owner of the hostel writes reviews on hostelworld to bring up the rating. The facilities are not what they are described as, as everything is seemingly out of order or unavailable. Cheaper, not worthit

the bed sheets smell awful, it seems they don't wash them or change them at all...the hostel is in very bad condition, they kicked everybody out of the hostel from 10:00am to 5:00pm everyday because it was "cleaning time" but i don't know what took 7 hours to clean because the room was always dirty and they didn't even make the beds.. the staff aren't that much friendly at all and at times they felt hostile.. the only good thing about this hostel is the location.. this hostile is not worth it...

It\'s so hard stay where have a reform. all the hostel have beem painted. i think the hostel should be closed for reform. this was the only problem that interfered with the cleanup, the environment and facilities.

Great hostel located in the center of Florence with clean spacious and comfortable and the staff is nice and willing to give any information. You're in the city center to an incredible cost! Ok hostel recommended :)

they were doing some remodelations to the hostel, so it was dirty. but when they finish it will seen really good. the bad was that it just has 2 bathrooms for more than 25 beds. Really good value for money. Marcelo Pardo

Though there was a bit of construction going on the location can't be beat! This is a well situated hostel right near the Uffizi and very close to the Ponte Vecchio. Also about 1-1.5km from the train station. Walkable to with your luggage!

There is just one bathroom for the three bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower, they were working in another two bedroom that were closed with another bathroom what will be insuficient. It havent got anything and the owner wanted to be cool putting sangria friday and saturday in his own room because they havent a living room for the guest.

One of the worst hostels I've ever stayed at. Unpleasant bathroom, unpleasant kitchen, feeling of dirtiness, perhaps due to construction work going on. Unfriendly staff cares too much about their euros and too little about their guests. They kick people out of beds in the morning and out of the place at checkout time (9:30) - even staying in the kitchen and using a laptop were a problem.

I\'m quite used to sleeping in hostels. First sight, this is not the best I\'ve happened to see, but I have to say that it was really fun, there is a nice, multicultural atmosphere and you can meet people from all over the world. Easy and kind staff. Ideal for young people who want to visit Florence (really close to the citu centre) and meet new people!

The staff was super nice and helpful but this place is an absolute hole. To start its up about five flights of stairs and when you finally get in there prepare to be severely disappointed. It's under construction and the paint on the walls is peeling, there is a severe lack of outlets, the "common room" is really a staff bedroom and you shouldn't expect it to be open before noon, and the bathrooms are very strange and dirty. The only thing this place has going for it is its location!

The hostel is in absolutely terrible condition and I would never stay there again nor would I allow a friend or family member to stay there.

One of the worst hostels we've ever stayed in. The only good thing is the location. 1 bathroom per 24 people, mattresses are old and terrible and there is a lack of general cleanliness. There is a lock-out for 'cleaning' every day, however, we were all unsure as to what cleaning was actually done. When returning briefly during the day to drop things off, staff would pick up a broom or mop to make it look as though they were doing something and beds still hadn't been changed.. Avoid!

This is the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. It was gross the floor was covered in a layer of dust, and it was clear that noting was cleaned regularly even though there is a out everyday from 10-5 for "cleaning". There were no lockers available and no locks on the room doors. There are bathrooms for the entire hostel so good luck getting to go to the bathroom or shower. The hostel employees even slept in the same room as guests. I would NOT recommend this hostel to anyone.
