This was not a good hostel. They don't let you in the hostel between 10:00 and 16:00 for some reason, it is very inconvenient. The rooms were average at best and the staff wasn't that helpful. Find a better place to stay.

It was a very nice, but smaller hostel! It felt at home and comfortable with all the staff and residence here. Great location by a lot of food and markets. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to find the building when we arrived. It doesn't have a sign just a building number that's hidden by a restaurant.

If you dont mind walking up 3+ flights of stairs to your room, this is a great hostel to stay at. Staff is nice, beds are clean, and there were a lot of great people staying there. One thing, every day they would move beds from room to room in order to accommodate the amount of reservations that had come in. We came back after the lockout time was over (which was a pretty long time 1100-1530) and our stuff had been moved in order to re arrange beds, left me kind of uncomfortable.

Great hostel. Has a fantastic atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and easy to talk too. The kitchen and toilets are immaculate, but there are only 2 showers for the entire hostel which means you have to wait around a bit. They have sangria nights and provide coffee in the morning. Sometimes they cook evening meals as well. I'd recommend this hostel

Just here for one night, everything was fine and reasonably priced.

Fun hostel, great crowd of people. Staff really make an effort, they had free pasta at night. Good kitchen and bathroom, great location in the city centre, close to everything. In a nice quiet square.

They wake you up at 9 and tell you you have to leave till 4 for them to clean your room. Not fun when your hungover!

Great hostel. Was very close to the city centre in a safe location. The staff were so lovely and helped whenever they could, even offering homecooked pasta one night. The bathroom is a little old but overall everything was well looked after and kept clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit hard to find it, but since you got it , it will be a Nice place for a low budget to stay in Florence. Best location and nice stuff, just wish they will clean the toilet more often or the guests there could the toilet clean, it's a share bathroom , so....ciao

What a nice place to stay! Thank you for everything, the staff was really friendly, people staying there very nice, maybe a bit hard to find in the first place but everything else was perfect to me!

I loved it, great ubication, nice atmosphere with young people and the staff was kind and fun. The only thing is that the bathrooms were always dirty, and that their are only two for like 30 people, so if you are in a hurry to take a shower, it is iimposible to be on time.

Great hostel for meeting people but the staff didn't make us aware they did free sangria nights or free pasta so we missed out. They also wake you up before 9 every morning which wasn't great, but they wake you up with free coffee

After you manage to find it the first time, this hostel gives you no difficulty at all! It is in the centre of Florence which is really very convenient for both daytime and nighttime activites. The atmosphere was great. The staff weren't rude to me personally but were a little curt and unhelpful with others I saw. The breakfast ran out pretty quickly which was a shame- it didn't actually run as long as it was meant to. Overall a great place to stay in Florence!

Amazing location right in the heart of Florence. Hostel is split over 3rd and 5th floor of building and no big communal area so not a great social atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, there is a lockout but so what, you should be out exploring florence anyway. Need more bathrooms!

Overall a good place to stay. Nothing incredible. You get what you pay for. Great location. Within walking distance of everything. Polite staff. Cleanliness could use improvement

Great location and friendly staff.

Great location with helpful staff. Staff comes in and wakes u up in 09.00 with coffee. There are two floors and many stairs. The upper floor where most of the guests stay are in serious need of air condition. Good value for ur money non the less.

great hostel, very central, clean, new, good showers. very easy to meet new people and the staff were good with recommendations for bars and restaurants. free pasta and sangria the night i arrived which was very nice. up a lot of stairs and difficult to find as there is only a tiny sign on the door but good once you get there

Great location and a friendly staff.

They are a bit unorganized, had to wait half a day to get my bed ready. But apart from that, they were really nice!
