What made this hostel great was the staff. I cannot remember there names but they were very helpful and gave the best recommendations on what to do, eat and see in Florence I cannot rave enough about staffs. What I disliked about this hostel was the bathrooms. Very small and cramped and not very clean with the floor being wet most of the time (from the shower). but also tons of information about the city and a friendly and caring attitude. I will definitely recommend you to stay here

Where do i start. Beg Bugs, in 90%+ off the beds, all he wanted to do at first was change sheets when begbugs live in the mattress. To their credit they swapped the mattress in the end but they ended up having bedbugs aswell! 'Party Hostel' apparently means get out 10-5 everyday, nothing happening Sun-Fri, and on Friday and Saturday night they put free sangria out which is really £1 wine and crandberry juice, with guests having to create the fun while the Staff legit perv on the young girls

One of the worst hostel I had ever been. Dirty, two bathroom for 50 people and no bed cover. Excellent only the location

I loved the location, you can go walking everywhere in the city from here, less than a 10 or 15 minute walk to the main attractions; the staff was really nice and helpful. They recommended me really nice places to eat and have the best night and party in Florence. I enjoyed having WiFi inside the room and 3 free computers in the common area.

This place is infested by bed bugs, which seems to be known by other travelers I've met in other cities. The staff is also very rushed and rude. There was ONE toilet/shower for the floor. The lockers take only absurdly thin locks and so are not useable. Did I mention BED BUGS EVERYWHERE, even on the terrible common room couch? If this place burned down (which I hope it does), it would improve. Don't stay here unless you have brain damage.

The staff were really nice and super fun and Fridays and Saturday nights at this hostel are a great time. Only problem is the massive lock out time for cleaning and that the internet didn't seem to work in the rooms. Other than that it was great

I really, really enjoyed staying at euro student home." The hostel was nice and clean, the facilities were nice, and the sangria was very good. However, the best part about staying at euro student was the staff. They were far and above some of the nicest people I have ever met.mike and sam helped us out a lot by telling us where the best restaurants in the area were (his recs were by far the best meals we had in Italy!) and how to get to the major tourist attractions. It was great stay!

Staff is sooooo helpful and friendly they provided so many good suggestions for me to travel around in Florence. staff had even prepared a home-made red wine for us sangria which was of course for free! The security was excellent as well. We were only in Florence for 1 day but would stay here again.Location is great as it is like 2 blocks away from Firenze S.M.N. and Florence isn't that big so you can walk to all the cool sites. Hostel is clean, safe and very nice. I loved that it is a really
