Location is fine but hostel is old, dirty.. I do not recommend it to anybody

Pros - Good atmosphere on a Friday and Saturday (free sangria). Central location. comfy beds. Cons - Only 2 bathrooms between 50 odd people. Noisy from square and other guests (on the party nights). internet is slow because staff constantly stream YouTube. not enough lockers for everyone. Lockout is a little annoying. Staff could know the city better.

This hostel is in an old appartment in the middle of Florence. Everything is really nearby. If you want to have a cheap stay, a fun time, don't shy away from a party this is your place. The staff is very friendly and fun to hang out with. There is a Sangria Party on friday and saturday which is perfect to meet other travellers and to have some company when alone in the city. Even though the hostel can look a bit messy, I never thought of it as dirty. I would recommend it!

Excellent location! Very spacious rooms. The only problem is that it is on the third floor, with stairs.

Well, If you are looking for a place that you can call home, then just stay here. The place is simple, bjut has everything you need and the staff is the best part. they make you feel really welcome and are always around they to help are make you happy. I really wanna be there again.

Not sure the sheets were changed other than that, fantastic welcome and very friendly staff.

i stayed here only 1 day ..But i saw others are very happy and had a very big party. nice atmosphere to meet others i plan to come back here on fri and sat for sangria nite.

Can't guarantee the fun and character to be always 100% because this always depends on the people around and it just so happen that the time I was here Aussies dominated the place and damn didn't we rock this place!!!

we had a wonderful stay in florence. the staff were very friendly and it was a very social atmosphere. we got along well with all the other guests and everyone seemed to be having a great time. perfect location for seeing all the sights in florence and in a really nice neighbourhood.

if u are looking for a good location, thats the place. unfortunately 2 bathrooms are not enough for the whole hostel and i had to wait every single time. and even more unfortunately i got bit by bed bugs :(

The hostel was difficult to find and would benefit from a sign outside the residence. Unfortunately, we found a tick close to the beds in our dorm and have rated the cleanliness very poor (even though they have a kick out time for cleaning) when identified to the staff they were aggressive to two girls (who may have been quite pompous about the issue) but threatening them with eviction late at night Location was amazing and good security and on other occassions the staff were really helpful.

I'd never go there again. This Hostel is Guantanomo with bed bugs!! They got a lockout from 11am to 4pm and so many rules, e.g. it´s not allowed to drink alcohol. During our 2 nights stay we couldn't even read out all of their rules. Staff was very rude and mean to us. When we told the nightshift guy, that we found bed bugs, he wanted to throw us out of the hostel. Do yourself a favour and don´t go there!

very well located, the free sangria party was very nice, it's perfect to meet other people!!

Its a small but fun place, it's close to the places that you have to visit. Finally they use multi-contacts in each room and internet in all the place. Just bring your own towel and security lock. Also check if its possible to add another restroom or shower room they fill quickly. I recomend when visiting florencia
