the location is near the city centre; but there are just 2 toilets for nearly twenty people, the staff reacted impolitely while I took shower for just 15mins, and there are not any heater equipped... I was freezing when sleeping

The place was a mess, very poor, but great location. HAD COLD SHOWER! And it was winter... Almost froze there.

Hostel much worse than expected. He was charged a hosting fee (1 euro per day per person) than one's own daily, claiming to be a charge imposed by the Italian tourism, however this rate applies only to hotels with more than 3 stars (research after the stay). Hostel very dirty, with two bathrooms for more than 20 people. There are no heaters and warm blankets! If you want to get another blanket, claiming to be sick, otherwise the staff will not give you! After all, the window of our room was open

staffs are friendly and funny. Every Fri and Sat night will have party which the drink is free to all guests. Bed is clean but with tight space that accommodate 10 peoples. 2 bathrooms available,so if you want to use the bathroom in the morning, better advise to wake up a little more earlier than others. Location is excellent, free computer, wifi to use. Kitchen to cook, and the most important thing is the price-Unbeatable.

Pretty good location. Large rooms. My room had a total of 6 beds, but also doubled as the luggage room, so people were in and out of it all day and there was no lock on the door. The common room also doubled as a bedroom. Hostel hosted a free sangria party that lasted past midnight, with no control of the sound or the rowdiness of the guests. If you want a good night's sleep, this is not the place for you.

Not enough bathrooms! Stayed in the low season when it wasn\'t particularly crowded and still constantly had to wait to use the bathroom while people were showering. No real place to hang out except the tiny kitchen (which is nice and fully stocked for cooking though). Can\'t access WiFi from the rooms. Great location though the directions on the site are way off. 5 flights of stairs to get to the hostel. Free internet on one computer in the \"common room.\"

It's an old apartment that became a hostel. No luxury for sure or anything resembling a hotel (what should be no problem for backpackers), but I recommend it specially for the location. It's clean enough and they have a (not big) kitchen with a microwave. Sometimes people had to use the ktichen's sink to brush their teeth because the bathrooms would be busy all the time in the morning.

the two guys of this hostal are very kind. every touristic site is avalaible walking so it´s great. when i was there, people were very friendly and i enjoyed these three days! the only problem : there two toilets and bathroom for all the hostel so it is busy and there is 4 floors wiothout lift but it´s ok... a bit of sport ! ;)

It was a fun and lively hostel. One must keep in mind that it is a 10 euro hostel and you get what you paid for. The cleanliness is okay. But for only one night I can certainly deal with it especially for a broke traveller. The staff was fun and friendly and we loved the sangria party.

You have to pay for a towel but that's pretty much the only downside to this hostel. The staff was really nice and it was easy to meet people. One of my favorite hostels!

Convenient place to stay. Outstanding price, convenient location. Near uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, right in the middle everything. Great way to meet people from around the world. Bunk bed & in with both males & females. Staff was very nice & helpful! Everyone is out of hostel by 11 am to 5 pm so they clean, which is good because if you're visiting Florence and staying in a hostel, why hang out in the hostel during opening hours when museums & everything in Florence is open then?
