Great location not far from Centraal Station and the room was comfortable and clean. Good value for money considering we had a private bathroom and breakfast included.

Brilliant location only a few minutes away from dam square! Rooms were big and clean and plenty of storage! Breakfast was lovely and they were very accommodating! Brilliant guesthouse, only a few rooms but made it nicer as there wasn't people around constantly!

Helpful staff. Free wifi available. clean & spacious room. free breakfast was basic but sufficient. We had to miss the breakfast on our last day as we were taking an early train but Brian was kind enough to ask us to help ourselves to the bread and food from their staff fridge. Good location. Near central station n supermarket. Within walking distance to the canal tour and a few museums including Ann frank house. no lift available but that's not a surprise since I knew abt that.

Great location, great facilities, comfortable. Very steep, narrow stairs - awkward for luggage. The owner kindly helped with the 2 levels of stairs on arrival, but descending on departure is challenging! Location is on the edge of a red light district, so the street is interesting particularly at night. Would not recommend for a lone female traveller going out at night. Overall very good value.

Very friendly and generous staff. Very clean bedroom. Almost in the center of amsterdam but still calm. The shower didn't function properly but we had warm water, so it wasn't a big problem. The bathroom smelled molded so maybe a flavoured spray would be a good idea :-) Very good breakfast. I appreciated the fact, that breakfast was served until 1030-11.00! I would definetley book the hostel again! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

We stayed at Eve´s Guest house for 5 nights. Pros = well located within walking distance of all attractions, museums, restaurants, grocery stores and public transport. Clean, safe and has basic amenities. The breakfast was simple but good. Cons- the room has a bed with a tv and space for little else. Also the only window in the place was tiny and overlooking a dirty courtyard. I missed natural light!

Simple but tasty breakfast !! It can be hard to find the guest house if you are looking for any type of signs, but don't worry, it is just on top of the Gays & Gadgets Store. Cheers !!

We were very happy with our stay at Eve's. The owners were very nice, and even the man who comes to serve the breakfast (Bed & Breakfast!) was very kind! The Dutch breakfast was delicious. The location was great-- only 5 minutes' walk from the Central Station. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom and a great kitchen/ dining room area adjacent. The only negative was that the "double" bed was two single beds pushed together. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Staffs are very nice and warm to us especially Ryan, who introduced some nice places to go and friends to us. The location is perfect, 5 mins to centre station, and close to the major shopping area. I'll happy to introduce friends to there definitely.

Very well located. However we were surprised to have to pay for coffee and tea at the breakfast (isn't it a bed & breakfast?). The room is very dimly lighted and it was twin bed not a double one (doesn't correspond to the announce). horrible decoration. nice staff
