We booked ahead and informed about our arrival. We could not reach in time but reached at 16:30 hrs due to severe traffic jam in Nairobi. On reaching I was informed that the time is up and they can not take us and asked us to look somewhereelse. I n case there are such condirons they sould inform n the site. I was put to lot of inconvenience and I suggest this place should be taken out from hostelworld and my 5 dollars should be refunded. I spent 40 dollars to reach that place and back.
