Horrible hostel. No lockers for the private stuff, thief (thankfully caught in the act) stealing guests' things. Very noisy beds, dirty bathrooms, strange staff. I was disappointed :/ Only location was ok (20-30 min walking to the centre).

This is a very basic hostel, there are no lockers, The hostel is almost 15 minutes walking from the city centre, this is a good opportunity to pay cheap and stay close from Lime Street or Shopping área, I think this hostel is good for people who want something cheap but don´t expect cleanliness or something like that. I'd stay again here. The breakfast is basic and Internet is powerfull in the common areas.

The bedroom was nice, whit a kitchen in it, a couch, insuite. But the lobby and kitchen were really weird, people who didn't have bedroom booked were sleeping there for more than a day. Not an organized place. Bus stop right in front of the hostel.

Stay for: good facilities and location for a pretty low cost So I had 2 trips here. Between them I had: a shower not work, the shower turned off on me because the switch is in the communal area for the public one, lights not work, the wifi only works in the communal area, the printer doesn't work, they run out of milk for breakfast before 9am some mornings, cigarette butts on the room floor, stained pillowcases, mice and bugs and some very scarce cleaning. The staff are thoroughly overworked

For little money we got a 4 bed room with a kitchen inside, a big shower and lockers. The location is a little to far to walk from the train station - but i've seen much worse. All in all it was a great time i spent at everstons.

It wasn;t the closest hostel to the city center but it was cheap and had a great atmosphere and accomodations. I mets some very friendly people and would recomend 100%.

Liked the hostel a lot but left very concerned with the 1970s gas fires left on in unventilated rooms. My bed was in the basement room which was almost full with no windows open and the gas fire full on remaining so during the whole night. I suggested to the other guests that we turn the fire off or at least open the window but this was not met with much enthusiasm.I hope that there is some ventilation provided in order to meet current regulations but the air in that room was so heavy.

Nothing impressive, fine value for the money, very friendly staff. It would be brilliant if there was a bar in the basement or something, so people could actually sit and have a beer, talk and be open and friendly to each other and the staff, instead of starring mind numbingly into a television or computer screen in the common room. Quite scary how it's possible to walk into a room full of people, and get no reaction, smile or eye-contact of ANY sort because of the screens.

We had lots of problems with Everton Hostel. For starters, they charge you 5 pounds for late check-in each hour after 10PM. It has no direct way to get there from the airport (we standed a bit lost in the center of Liverpool until we got the right information). The bathroom in our dorm was not working. There was always A CROWD in the common room. The wifi only works in the common rooms. Good things about the hostel, though: The receptionist was really nice with us and the breakfast was good.

Everyone Hostel is awesome. It has a home-styled, comfortable, laid-back vibe with a happy, welcoming feel as soon as you walk through the door. It's not in the city centre (about a 15min brisk walk from the main bus and train station, Lime St) but it's an easy walk. The facilities are excellent and the staff are ever helpful. It's a real social place. Hot showers, warm rooms, filling breakfast. Reservations are only taken online. It really feels lIke a home away from home.

The hostel is a bit far away from the city center, but there are several buses going down right in front of the house. Not all the staff was friendly, though. The breakfast was nice and the rooms clean, even though it's a bit noisy when the hostel is fully booked.

Good hostel. The only problem is that the staff is available between 10am and 10pm and if you need to arrive early or leave your stuff there after your check out, you just have to wait and miss some time of your day.

Hello, We clearly state on our website and on HostelWorld and in all the emails we send about the time we open and etc (10AM - 10PM). Please read it before you book so you know the time and if you need to be out early you can arrange for that before hand so there is no problems for you. We can not guarantee that everyone will read it but it is there to be read so please make sure you do next time. Also if you needed to arrange a time with us so you can leave your bags earlier then that would of been no problem at all. Thank you for staying with us. Everton Hostel Team.

The hostel needs a good overhaul ,the kitchenettes in rooms are shoddy not enough cups etc. Breakfast and drinks included is great only problem is people who live there lie around on sofas and make other guests feel like they are I intruding and should not be there We left with mixed feelings about whether we would return or not would like to try another hostel this type of value for money accommodation is a great idea

Rude staff member when I checked in. The hostel kitchen was way too crowded in the morning with people trying to get breakfast. The breakfast was pretty much entirely gone too and was not being replenished. Only here for one night and would not stay here again. It's pretty far from the main areas as well.

Hi Guest, We looked at the cam system and noticed you came down very late for breakfast, its 7AM to 10AM so if you need somthing we will often say yes than no! we would have given you some toast spreads cheese etc if you had let us know. We cant assume what you want but happy to help. Hostelworld provide a map when booking, we dont advertised to be in the city centre so unsure why you raised its far from the main areas. Please always check the location before booking. We are cheap and offer allot for backpackers. The manager will investigate who checked you in on the day to find out why they were rude. Thank you for the review and happy travels. Hostel Bookings

They put a new heater in the shower on the second day of my stay there, so from that day on everything was O.K.
