The other customers staying at the hostel had no intention of sleeping and showed no consideration for anyone else who did. The hostel was extremely rowdy from 1am til 7am almost continuously! I think the 2 young women running it are extremely vulnerable if any of the drunk young men staying there decided to kick off. They have no authority with such clientele and are shown no respect as the people in charge. The facilities were fine and the 2 women mentioned were pleasant and helpful.

For £10 the hostel did the job as It was so where to sleep but that was about it really. There was a party going on around the Hostel for most of the night while I was there. Its warm, dry and there was a bed for me.

This is a really great hostel, our room has its own kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, sofa and table, it was like an appartment! The breakfast is really complete, the manager book for us a taxi cab with credit card because we didnt have cash, a really good hostel, we just stay 1 night, we would like to stay longer!

It was very loud at night. Some people on the corridor were shouting and listening to music very loud until 6 in the morning. It was a horrible night. But the hostel is really nice.

The hostel has quite good location to the city centre and is situated close to Everton Football Team stadium. Dormitories and kitchen were nice and clean, but there was not hot water in the bathroom. I like hostel atmosphere - it is very easy to socialize with other travellers as well as hostel character - paintings of the Beatles on the hall's walls.

We stayed under living room with old wooden floor, so was big challenge to sleep even with earplugs when people (included staff) were dancing till 3 am ignoring hostel policy about silence after 10 pm... water pipes were not in range, so we were having shower in a middle of the room (staff gave us big bucket to solve prob), TV was broken, we didn't find PC in a dorm nor cofee, tea or sugar as was promised, same as hum, cheese or cake for breakfast in a living room. Sheets were extremely dirty.

This was an excellent hostel. When I got there I was shown all of the facilities. They provided a lot of free things, television and books. There was a great breakfast and communal kitchen as well as a kitchen, laundry machines and bathroom and shower in our dorm. I loved it.

Great hostel to stay in. Free washing and drying is a lifesaver , especially for those travelling long term. The kitchen in the dorm was interesting, and there was only wifi in the common room, but overall was a good place to stay

I was actually very annoyed, as i had seen reviews about this hostel saying the showers were not hot, but i thought hey your paying £20 a night surely they would have fixed them by our stay. Well we had COLD showers and it was snowing and it took the staff members 15 mins to get us a towel and we had checked in after 3pm so it should have been ready for us. I really suggest you sort your showers out! as it is a great set up hostel and staff members to smile and be more friendly!
