The facilities were great, the place was clean all the time, bathrooms were also clean. Nice breakfast. The location wasn't great, it's close to restaurants and bars, however the area didn't look safe. Inside the hostel everything was perfect.

This hostel was very clean and the rooms were very nice; great value. I would mention that it was somewhat quiet. They did help us arrange a tour to Andres Carne de Res which was awesome. I would stay again because of the good facilities, but would hope they improve the "hostel vibe". Hostels are made to be social melting pots. I did feel this hostel has some work to do there.

Don’t make your reservation for this hostel, they don’t recognize HostelWorld! We took like two hours to explain them that we yet paid the 10% deposit, i showed the confirmation of mi reservation but they didn't agree. The owner Laura Aponte we had on the phone and who insulted us answered we had the option or to leave the hostel (a sunday at 10 PM), or if not she will take the 10% of deposit on the receptionist's salary. I travel since two years and that's the first i see that. It's a shame!

Very good value for money. The only minus is the noise from the common area.

They wanted to charge me the 10 % I had already paid to Hostelworld. I had to argue with the manager over the phone for about 15min. telling her that she is at fault charging us the whole amount. Additionally, we had booked a twin room (shared bathroom) for 55'000 Pesos, but they didn't have this room, so she wanted to give us a room for 60'000 with private bathroom and charge us the whole 60'000 Pesos. For me this incident that was very unpleasant and unnecessary!

Great hostel if you don't mind being kept up a little at night by the noise of everyone having a great time. Lack of soundproofing was my only complaint.

Didn't get deposit back once paid for the room in full. The owner/manager told us the deposit was for Hostelworld commission. When i told her that i have never had this issue with other hostels i stayed in SA; she made up poor excuse saying that it's how hostels were run in Europe! Moreover we're charged for breakfast although it said on Hostelworld website breakfast was included. Again she blamed on Hostelworld outdated info. Not sure who's right but this contributed to our unpleasant stays.

Would stay there again is good clean place with hot showers and friendly staff, the breakfast is not included but is good for a very reasonable price.

The hostel is good, but the room had mold and was very moist. The proximity of the bar is not allowed to sleep early commitment who had since had "parties" every day until dawn. The towel was very small.
