Polite staff, clean room, warm bed and free daily clean towel. About 10 mins walk to Mile End tube station. You can use the kitchen basically the microwave (plates, bowl and utensils provided) between 2 - 9 pm only which is a shame. We were still out and didn't have a chance to do so. Water coming out of shower was not very strong but warm enough. Overall is good for its price.

Nice for a weekend. The worst was the shower, the water had no pressure, and sometimes was cold. there was only one bathroom for 5 bedrooms.

The Hostel was a normal London City house, where the rooms where used as Hostel rooms. They where simpel appointed with a bed, a fridge and a cupboard. But it was enough, especially when you are outside all day and only sleep there.

We felt very insecure because the room doors seem to be very old and not safe. Furthermore the room and bath were very dirty. Especially the walls, they were wet. There came out only a few drops out of the shower head. It was very cold in the room and the beds were uncomfortable. The only positive things were the location near to the underground station and free wifi. It's worth spending more money for a better accommodation, though.

Good basic acommodation for the traveller on a tight budget. Just five minutes walk from bus and tube transport to the city centre.

The rooms are not properly heated, the shower is rather warm not really hot. The breakfast is very poor. Other than that, the location is wonderful - fairly close to the subway station and a pretty safe neighborhood. The owner is a nice guy. Overall a good stay for a couple of days.

Very plain and simple, but clean, friendly, secure and very inexpensive. Excellent value.

The breakfast-situation is a little bit strange... one table for all the guests. The street is quiet, no traffic to hear. In the summer, your garden would be a good corner to chill. Maybe some flowers, some chairs..

FCT B&B is really too dilapidated and worn down a place to be serving paying guests. Also located in a not so nice part of London. In a nutshell, stay away, people, your money is better spent elsewhere.

The room was freezing!!! It was like sleeping outside and when we asked the owner, he didn´t do anything with it. The property was very badly marked, just a tiny sign above the front door. The towels were very dirty and the breakfast was not as in the picture. Free wifi and location ok

I thought that the staff was very unfriendly and didn't meet our expectations. The breakfast was not as shown in the website's picture and the shower was terrible. The towels provided were terrible as well, they seemed to never been in the presence of a cloth softening. It would be better if they were available to rent. The security was bad due to the key being very old. The wifi connection was free, which seems to be the only positive point.

Staff unfriendly very unfriendly. They did not want us to switch on the heater and directly removed it from the room when we arrived back at night. They did not respond to any question. Bedrooms' doors were unsafe, did not lock well. Anyone could enter. Not very clean, sheets look like very old, used, not washed. Breakfast was really basic, not good quality. Internet was available in the room. That was the only positive thing.
