It's a youth hostel which is a good value for money, but it's hard to get in contact with anyone at a regular stay. So if you planned to do everything by yourself, you'll be fine at the FIAP.

Lovely place with its very special character. It was my third stay in this hostel and I would like to come to your place again. I gave all my colleagues at school your address and you should expect plenty of guests soon. You are the best hostel I have ever stayed ( believe me, I am a well-travelled person). Best regards

There is one receptionist whose name I don't remember, but he is more than 40years old and short hair, when we asked him if we can leave all our lugages at reception and keep them safe, he said no with bad attitude, and asked us to use the cabinet with payment, he said that will be safe. I found that he is not a good customer service person.

I will definitely suggest this hotel to my friends and next time i will stay in this hotel. Its near to metro station and also you will get direct metro to Eiffel tower and no transfer needed.

Globally, not bad. The cost is acceptable, quite simple as interior design and structure but pretty clean and comfortable; Looking out the window you will not enjoy the traditional parisian architecture but a complex of high buildings. The worst aspect is about the staff, far from being friendly, and the overall atmosphere which is not exactly the kind you expect from a hostel (boring and full of too old or too young people).Recommended if you are looking for something comfortable and impersonal.

Good as a place to sleep, but not more than that.

The hostel was very clean but the checkout time is way too early at 9:30 am even on a Sunday.

We were very happy with the overall experience at FIAP. The location was central, the rooms were large, the staff was helpful. The man at the front desk suggested a restaurant that ended up being one of the best meals we had on our trip. Also we left our cell phone (expensive) in the room on accident, they have since found it and will be sending it to us when we pay freight.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay at FIAP.The two most important things for me are cleanliness and security , and these were both excellent here. The location was also quite good, not the nicest neighborhood , but close to the Glaciere metro stop , which will take you just about anywhere you need to go in Paris. No wifi in the rooms , just lobby. Breakfast was strictly controlled and you were only allowed a limited amount of food (and the cafeteria staff were rude).

The internet service at the hostel is VERY BAD. Atleast give us decent wifi in the lobby. There is no free internet in the rooms, you have to pay extra. The breakfast wasn't nice. I am allergic to Milk, there was no Soya milk for cereal. There is no light in the shower. Quite disappointed with my trip.

Breakfast before 8.45 am was not very convenient on Easter Sunday, especially with the changing of the hour to the summertime. The nice restaurant upstairs was closed so we could not upgrade to that one either. Since we were late there was almost no bread left for us.

It was a great hostel. Internet was OK. But you have to hangin' around in the lobby. If you want to connect wifi. The other things was perfect

Clean and to the point, could be cheaper. Would be happy to say overnight again, but at 60+ euro it might be worth paying that little bit more for the extras. Overall I would say stay, but yo might not want to be there for too long.
