Please clearly mention that we will have the room without elevator. My wife and I have to bring large suitcase alone to 3rd floor. The alleys are so dark. Feel scarry, especially for my wife. She does not dare to go to the room alone.

The only thing bad about the FIAP Jean Monnet was that there were little holes in the window frames and therefore the room was quite cold.

We enjoyd our stay at FIAP a lot. It was very clean and our room was almost like in a hotel but for a much better price. The breakfast was enough and coffee as much as we want. Thanks a lot!!!!

I was very dissapointed not to have WIFI available in the rooms, this seems a reasonable request in this modern time and not hard to install.... Also the breakfast quality was very low. Besides of that everything was fine.

The hostel was good, the room was very clean and in good location. The whole hostel was very warm and the food was average. In contrast, the wifi was horrible and the staff was not so friendly as it could be (at breakfast and bar).

Helpful reception desk and good value. Walls are thin. Plenty of facilities included on site; dining, laundry and luggage storage. Very close to the M6 green metro line (Glaciere) and the Catacombs. Seems to be a safe enough area. No complaints about my stay here.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hostel. Most of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was both clean and appropriately appointed. As a single woman travelling solo I felt safe and supported, which was a priority for me. All my queries and requests were attended to efficiently. A couple of reservations: wifi access is limited to main hall area and, worse, it needs to be refreshed constantly. Also breakfast was unimaginative and monotonous, (but that is minor for me).

Well, for the price, it wasn't really what we were looking for. A calm and cosy place to rest well after a visit in Paris. There were no hot water and the heating wasn't working well. That would already be a problem in summer but this is winter ! Then the room we had wasn't charming at all, it was even a bit sad. The staff was nice but nothing extraordinary as to make you feel good when arriving in a new place.

The free wifi was not very good. Free wifi in the whole building would be nice!

Too hot in the rooms (impossible to lower the heat) Somme meeting rooms were really cold. "Pay by the bed in the room" : if single and no single rooms available one pays 2 beds (therefore the note "average", otherwise it would have been "good".
