I think that it is unacceptable, even for a hostel, that if you spend more to have a private room, you can't sleep anyways because you can hear people snoring from the room next to yours. Also, the staff was really unfriendly and unhelpful. Except for the guy at the bar, Lorenzo; he was really nice.

hostel rules are not posted anywhere. you are not informed of them when you check in. staff was unhelpful. i had a private room, and the hostel was so big it was impossible to meet other people. internet is really overpriced 5 euro an hour. one girl on the night shift was a real bitch.

The staff seemed quite rude to me whenever I asked qustions and frequently gave me wrong directions to places. I used their internet and it froze on me when I tried to print something, even though I was told it wont freeze on me. I only used 20minutes of my time and wasted 10€, and they did NOT offer a solution. You could find a better hostel for a cheaper price in Paris

it was a very pleasant stay, the room was clean and the location excellent. however, there was no free internet and the room lacked some basic things like a hair dryer, iron and even soap had to be paid extra for. Another minor problem was the noise in the hallway. Starting at around 6 am people kept chatting loudly outside our room and we could hear pretty much everything.

very nice hostel. it looks like a college dorm with lots of fun and warm feelings. it would be even better if we could buy some of the essential stuff, like an adaptor, from the counter as there is no big supermarket near by (plus it's closed on sun....)

More like a hotel, but quite good service. No lock out is good, the breakfast is rather nice, very clean, overall definitely a good hostel (hotel).

A great hostel! Pretty much its a really nice hotel! We booked a twin and they gave us a room with 4 beds! Our bathroom and shower were absolutely huge! It is perfect for anyone with physical handicaps! We enjoyed our stay there! My only complaint is that breakfast is too early - 6:45 to 8:45am! Not a whole lot of character, but a new, clean, friendly place in Paris!
