Had a great time here. Met really nice people and was very cheap. A close train ride away from victoria station and many other places. Would recommend this place to others if youre not partiers.

It's ok is you are visiting for a second, not so much if you are planning longer stay. If you wish to experience some real london, choose sth closer to the centre.

For this price I was very impressed with the hostel. I found the entire place exceptionally clean and all the staff friendly. Security is good, as long as you don't forget your two key codes! Interesting pub frequented by all day drinkers. Kitchen facilities, a common area for surfers to meet and chat, breakfast available after the current 7-9am only slot would all be nice but that's me being picky. Hidden treasure; Big Ben and The London Eye can be seen out the rear windows on a clear day!

I enjoyed my time at the hostel. It was a good location, right next to buses that take you right into the heart of London or to the metro, and also the overground train is a ten minute walk. Staff were great, especially Joel who helped me on my last night at about 2am, helping with my bus and plane tickets, making sure I was on the right bus etc. That was so great, so thanks Joel if you're reading this!! Bedrooms are basic but all you need really and showers were clean and usually available.

The staff wasn't the friendliest and didn't speak much English. Prefered another Fresh closer to the center...

Well, the only "bad" side was trying to find mildly hot water while showering, because it's either freezing cold or inferno hot. Everything other than that was great. Hello to the guys working behind the counter and see you soon! :)

Stayed here quite a few times now and always found it really good for a hostel. Its clean and staff are v.helpful and friendly (I have usually dealt with Joel and the guy that does night shift but forget his name now). Its good location wise too. It would be helpful if it had some cooking facilities but apart from that its good and would stay again!

The hostel was cleaned everyday which is very important as there are many people using the shower and toilets.

I wish that the bathrooms weren't co-ed and I wish that they would have smelled a bit better.

First of all, I booked a bed for me and for my girlfriend, and I wanted we stayed in the same bedroom, but they put us in different rooms. The other thing is that my girlfriend's credit car was cloned in the mean time we were there, so I believe that the security is very poor.

I was disappointed to find that there was no kitchen or laundry facilities.

It's a hotel with small number of beds which you starting to feel early in the morning when all the showers are ocupied till the last the drop of the warm water goes away so in the afternoon it is harder to get some and you have to wait till evening. That's not so big problem. Breakfast was ok and beds clean but the walls where quite thin so you could hear almost every word from the other rooms. The staff was pleasant by that I mean I can't complain but also i wasn't thrilled.

It was very clean, which I loved, but the location was a bit farther out than I thought it would be. The people didn't seem very sociable but maybe that was just my room. Breakfast was decent and the lockers were pretty much perfect.
