first time but i will use hostels again

Hostel was SUPER close to Victoria coach/train station and many main London attractions. Code locks on entry and room doors made us feel very secure. There are lockers, too (but bring your own padlock). Overall, our room was really quiet and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to find a decently priced place in London without having to stay too far out!

The stay was great!

The shower water as soon burned like it was frozen. The litter was very unstable and a bit uncomfortable mattress.

Excellent if you have an early train to catch, only 10min walk to station, and 24hr reception. Combination locks to enter rooms and hostel. Not a great deal of atmosphere in the pub downstairs. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would stay again.

I've experienced many hostels in London but this one will surely see me as a regular! Location wise it's perfect for those having to catch early trains/coaches at Victoria (easy 5-10 minute walk to/fro Victoria station). The hostel embodies its name (FRESH). Beds were very comfy (would've been nice though if the beds had curtains for privacy). Helpful and fantastic staff made me feel at home. I can commend FRESH all day long but just gave it a decent chance, you'll probably regret not doing so!

This hostel was pretty average on all accounts. It did have a good location relatively close to some main sights: Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and London Eye. And the bar is open basically 24 hours with free wifi. The rooms did not have lockers and were set up with triple bunk beds to squeeze 15 people into the rooms. Also there arent very many toilets/showers for the number of people in the hostel.

Is central location but you can find something better is good if is for short time or check in late. They were not cordinates and change our bed, so we had been at 2 am turning lights and finding the free beds :(

Friendly, efficient staff, plenty of space in the room, free lockers (byo lock), beds ready made, good number of showers/loos, decent breakfast, free luggage store: all good! The only things I'd really like that were missing are key card room entry, and sturdier bunks with a shelf and curtain per bunk. Also, as there isn't a common area apart from the bar below atmosphere isn't great. It did seem to mean the rooms were quieter though, so better for actual sleeping. I'd definitely stay again.

very good location and nice staff, clean bed. but i think some facilities(outlet,etc) are soso. ovrall very good!!!

Ηταν όλα άψογα, όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα σα να είσαι ντόπιος και να συχνάζεις εκεί για τη μπύρα σου. Ολοι ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν. Μόνο τα κρεβάτια ήταν 3οροφες σιδερένιες κουκετες που ετριζαν κάθε φορά που κάποιος γύριζε πλευρό... (GR)

It was really good , clean, safe and everyone was very nice

This hostel is great for a short journey I found. The 21 bedrooms are big, so even if there's a lot of people it doesn't seem like it. Don't forget to bring earplugs and something to cover your eyes! Breakfast is good, and nice that its serve right down in the bar. The facilities where always clean and there's code to go into the Hostel part and one code to the every room so its safe.

The White Ferry is well located if you want to be close to town, yet just far enough away to chill out at night. Great staff made us feel very welcome, and also the free breakfast provided each day saved us a lot of hassle. Not too badly priced either would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly at the bar/check in area. They allow you to keep your bag in their luggage storage downstairs that you need a code for. Kind of made me nervous because your bag just sits on a shelf with other bags. Showers were nice. I got wifi in my room which was great! It was on the first floor so that may be why! 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Coach and Victoria tube station, and Buckingham Palace but not near much on that street otherwise
