Had a one night stay in a clean and friendly hostel only five minutes walk from Victoria station. I will be calling FRESH @ The White Ferry whenever I am in London from now on. An all round and resounding 10/10.

Having stayed at the White Ferry before I thought I knew what to expect, however the removal of the kitchen/lounge area was a great disappointing. The atmosphere was still good however and the staff as friendly as always and as a result I would probably visit again.

I had a really great stay. The location was incredible, and there really wasn't much to complain about in regards to the hostel itself. I do wish there could have been more showers/bathroom space available for the amount of people, but other than that I can't complain. I have already booked to come back at the end of May, so that's an indication that I liked it.

Could have done with more powerpoints in the dorms. The few available were in odd or inconvenient places, both in the dorms and around the hostel.

Location is amazing, and staff is very very friendly. The shower room didn't have anywhere to hang your stuff, showering was an ordeal. Hot water from the sink was exceedingly hot, couldn't use it and it was very cold outside. Also, one day we ran out of toilet paper on one of the dispensers and it wasn't replaced until 2 days after. Despite the great location and helpful staff, I'd say this hostel is not a good option.

Being a college student, the price was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were pretty clean and comfortable. The only problem was people coming in and out during the night. Our door creaked everytime it was opened or closed, so I didn't sleep very well, but that's just part of the hostel experience. The pizza and milkshakes were great after a long day of sightseeing. :) Overall this hostel was a great find and I would definitely recommend it to friends!

I would have liked more sockets, since there were only about 5 in a room of 15 and, at least 2 of them did not work properly, however, there were also sockets in the pub.

There were no lockers in my room and not enough outlets for everyone. The outlets one can manage, but no lockers in the room was really a let down. Room 4, by the way.

One of the best places in London. As a whole the hostels in London are not that great, but this one was clean, staff were super helpful and had good food and drinks. The location is great as it's close to Victoria Station. Storage in the basement, but had a lack of lockers in the dorms. Kitchen for people to cook in closed too early, but the staff will heat things up in the commercial kitchen behind the bar. Overall a solid place.

I stayed in the room with 21 beds. The bed is very comfortable, the staff was very helpful. There is a lot of people in the room, so there was some noise and mess all over the floor, but it was ok.

I only needed it for 1 night before a flight out of London in the morning. Got what I paid for: clean bed, clean linens, clean bathrooms in a 15 person dorm. Breakfast was chaotic, opted to go elsewhere. Didn't get any sleep from late arrivals coming in all through the night which then blended into those people who left for early flights, can't blame the hostel for that though. I would stay here again for a 1 nighter but not for a trip if I wanted to have somewhere I could trust to get sleep in.

2nd time in this hostel, nothing much has changed but things might in fact have gone worse. Some of the staff were more interested in working at the bar rather than helping out people staying at the hostel. Toilets were dirty at times, and the showers were horrible. The owner should try the shower for himself/herself - the heater works poorly, it alternates so frequently between scalding hot water and cold water (especially the toilet in the middle floor), and the water just stops suddenly.

Hostels in London are always quite expensive, and I find this hostel to be no exception. But at least here, you get what you pay for - nice, clean hostel; great, fun atmosphere with a pub downstairs; friendly staff, though one girl's English was a bit poor... The breakfast is simple but there's plenty of it so perfect for people on a budget! Showers and toilets were clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely book a dorm there again!!!

Overall a really good place to stay. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Lockers were a fair size. Bathrooms and showers seemed to be kept up okay. Breakfast was very fair and offered a bit more then previous hostels. Not in the heart of the city but has a bus stop and underground stop very close. Right near the Victoria coach station.

The hostel is close to Victoria Coach Station which is very convenient. However, I wasn't happy with the staff/management. I was stuck in Paris before arriving in London due to a snow storm &wasn't able to arrive my first night I was supposed to stay & then after midnight the second night I was supposed to stay (check out was 7 hours after I arrived). They still made me pay in full for both nights which I found very unhelpful. The bathrooms were pretty gross but it was cheap so I can't complain.
