One of the best places in London. As a whole the hostels in London are not that great, but this one was clean, staff were super helpful and had good food and drinks. The location is great as it's close to Victoria Station. Storage in the basement, but had a lack of lockers in the dorms. Kitchen for people to cook in closed too early, but the staff will heat things up in the commercial kitchen behind the bar. Overall a solid place.

I stayed in the room with 21 beds. The bed is very comfortable, the staff was very helpful. There is a lot of people in the room, so there was some noise and mess all over the floor, but it was ok.

I only needed it for 1 night before a flight out of London in the morning. Got what I paid for: clean bed, clean linens, clean bathrooms in a 15 person dorm. Breakfast was chaotic, opted to go elsewhere. Didn't get any sleep from late arrivals coming in all through the night which then blended into those people who left for early flights, can't blame the hostel for that though. I would stay here again for a 1 nighter but not for a trip if I wanted to have somewhere I could trust to get sleep in.

2nd time in this hostel, nothing much has changed but things might in fact have gone worse. Some of the staff were more interested in working at the bar rather than helping out people staying at the hostel. Toilets were dirty at times, and the showers were horrible. The owner should try the shower for himself/herself - the heater works poorly, it alternates so frequently between scalding hot water and cold water (especially the toilet in the middle floor), and the water just stops suddenly.

Hostels in London are always quite expensive, and I find this hostel to be no exception. But at least here, you get what you pay for - nice, clean hostel; great, fun atmosphere with a pub downstairs; friendly staff, though one girl's English was a bit poor... The breakfast is simple but there's plenty of it so perfect for people on a budget! Showers and toilets were clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely book a dorm there again!!!

Overall a really good place to stay. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Lockers were a fair size. Bathrooms and showers seemed to be kept up okay. Breakfast was very fair and offered a bit more then previous hostels. Not in the heart of the city but has a bus stop and underground stop very close. Right near the Victoria coach station.

The hostel is close to Victoria Coach Station which is very convenient. However, I wasn't happy with the staff/management. I was stuck in Paris before arriving in London due to a snow storm &wasn't able to arrive my first night I was supposed to stay & then after midnight the second night I was supposed to stay (check out was 7 hours after I arrived). They still made me pay in full for both nights which I found very unhelpful. The bathrooms were pretty gross but it was cheap so I can't complain.

This hostel had a fantastic location! Loved that it was so close to Victoria station and buckingham palace. The beds were super comfortable. I wish the lockers were bigger. Breakfast was nice. And it was cool that it was above a pub.

Don't stay here, the bathrooms are filthy, the water constantly cuts out, you either have scorching hot or ice cold. The common area for backpackers is closed at 8 pm, so if you want to use the kitchen to cook something you can't. Anyone has access to your room with the pass code, the lockers in the room don't lock even with a lock. The toilets don't flush and they leak. Stay away. Hostel world should do more homework on places they get paid to endorse, shame on you hostel world

Everything great, except for the showers. Really bad showers. The hostel is on top of a great bar, that will stay open all night if it has to, the staff were great, the room clean and warm and comfortable, the breakfast normal.

group of 4,we made 2 different bookings as we wanted to make a surprise to our friend.I have called your hostel and ask if you can make sure we will be in the same room and the answer was "no problem ".3 of us arrived around 4 pm. We check it.Our friend we were waiting for arrived very late around 2:30 am but unfortunately there was no more free beds in our room, so we couldn't stay together :(receptionist couldn't figured out why. So lack of communication is an issue.no enough staff on shift.

The three-tiered bunk bed structure works for the big room that they have, but it's a bit of a bother to climb all the way up and down one of those bunks. It's a good value for the money, though.

Beds are moving a lot with the other persons. You feel a bit seasick. I didn't know where to put my suitcase. The shower was cold. But very well located and good character.
