I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hostel. I chose it mostly for the location (near Victoria) and the WiFi. People over 60 hang out in the pub pub downstairs. Showers have a sort of mat of hairs and filth. All customers have the code to access the luggage storage. There aren't any sockets and small lights in the dormitories. Last but not least, someone tried to rob me during the night, as many people forget to lock the door and anyone can get in. NEVER AGAIN

Clean nice place with no bed bugs! Though no common room, or outside place, which is a minus. Room is located on the third floor, and stairs are steep. Staff is super-friendly! Subway is some distance away, but sort of close to Victoria Coach station.

Great character! Lovely pub underneath the rooms, very safe rooms and locker room, comfy beds, cheap... A bit far from the tube station, but that's it! Good staff, and pretty clean (except for the downstairs bathroom)! Nice fast wi-fi aswell. Liked the breakfast too!

This hostel was a five minute walk from Victoria Coach station, which was just what we were looking for. The only thing we were not a fan of was the three-layer bunk bed system. It was overwhelming. With that many people in the room I think it would be a better idea to put some more outlets in the room. But overall it was an average stay, and would most likely return if that was the area we were looking to be in.

The best aspect of this hostel is the staff - always very friendly and helpful and made my stay very pleasant. The rooms were good and there is a bar downstairs which was a nice place to hang out. Quite close to Victoria station also.

The staffs there are very very smiley and friendly! I almost missed the bus to the airport and they helped me a lot with packing and checking. I like them a lot! Location is very close to victoria bus station. I ran all the way to the station the day when I left and it took me less than 5 min. Though the doors have passwords and the front door is in poor condition, entering password doesnt work properly.

Friendly staff, excellently located hostel, and very impressed with the value for money - the free breakfast and half-price drinks voucher for the in-house bar were great, and the latter unexpected! Would definately stay again.

Let's say I've chosen this hostel mainly because of it's location...as it's pretty close to Victoria Station! The hostel is nice & clean with free wifi however no communal room with PCs :( Breakfast included, you had to stay in the queue close to the bar in order to get some space and grab a toast..

Keeping in mind the fee they charged , i think White Ferry is the best hostel ..it is not very far from the underground tube station and is located in central London which was good for me as i had to roam around Zone 1 and Zone 2. The staff was very friendly but the negative aspect was that they didn't had a proper reception. I would recommend it to everyone .

Pretty good hostel, free breakfast is quite good, location is good (near Westminster and ten minute walk from bus station or pilmico metro line) , rooms are nice and spacious (3 level bunks though), and wifi is available in rooms. My main issue was that there were only 2 adapters in a 12 bed dorm, and one was not even working, which was really inconvenient.

It's a pub hostel! Is that even a thing? Well it is now. The common room, as far as I can tell, is just one section of the pub. Room was... roomy... but the bunks are triple decker which isn't much fun if you end up on the top bunk. Handy for Victoria tube, train and coach stations, though. The hostel, that is, not the top bunk.

Great atmosphere in the pub. Nice specials for happy hour. The beds were comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything felt safe as there were locks on all the doors. The kitchen was helpful to store food and microwave a meal. Enough space to have all my bags in the room with me, The bathroom was nice and there was always hot water. The only thing I wish was that the breakfast was later, maybe 8-10am and the kitchen was open a little later. Everything else was great!

The location was great and easy to find. i wish there were locks on the lockers and pots in the kitchen... The breakfast was pretty slim too, but the comforters and beds were pretty comfortable. My stay here was ok, just didnt rock my world or anything.
