No complaints. except lockers in dorm were out of use, but the room itself had a lock on. Staff were welcoming, bed was comfortable enough, pizza sold from bar was delish. No good for those who want to make own food as no kitchen facilities. This was not a problem for me but will be an issue for some.

No tables nor chairs in the rooms. No individual lights

The hostel itself is good, it is a beautiful building, near victoria station (very central) and it has its own pub which is great to get in touch with other travelers and guests and even locals. The staff is great too, they are awesome people who take good care about their guests and are very open and friendly. The hostel is clean, safe and well organized. the only sad thing for me was that it did not have a kitchen. but it is definetly worth its money and i would return any time again. :D

nothing fancy, just a cheap place to stay. Clean. Lockers could be for free and an access card would be an advantage. Constant putting in the code drives you crazy (2 sets of doors). There is no kitchen, just a pub downstairs but you get a basic breakfast in the morning. All in all a good deal for the money.

The beds were very clean however bathroom wasn't. Shower and toilets were leaking and very dirty. No fans or aircon but windows were left open- annoying for people sleeping next to them. Good place to stay. 8 min walk to Victoria station and close to the palace and gardens.

All staff but one were super friendly and helpful. Night guy could work on a smile now and then. Really fantastic that my 21 bed dorm smelled like clean sheets, not sweaty bodies. And big lineup of plugs in room showed this hostel knows what is important for travelers. I always like kitchen facilities but appreciate that this is a pub business too. I didn't eat there as I need more than pizza but my jug of Pimm's was sublime and I loved having outdoor seating. Beautiful area, gorgeous buildings.

Could use a communal kitchen but other than that it was a good experience

A little too cramped. Bar is nice but expansive (although in London what isn't). Toilet would clogged up and the hot watter would not last for long.

Not too bad. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, you get what you paid for. Clean sheets and a pretty comfy bed which is always nice after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly in their own way but I wasn't around too much. If you ever have a question they are really great and helpful! I love that you can store you're luggage even after you check out. The location is convenient and cute area. I will definitely go back when I'm in London.

Pretty average. No where to eat or prepare any food. Only common room is the bar.. Close to Victoria coach, train and tube stations

Great traditional English style hostel!

It was a nice place, but be aware that there is no kitchen and food is forbidden, and you might also discover a new species of beds: bunks that are three beds high! But the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The White Ferry was an overall very nice hostel. We arrived on an overnight bus very early (5:30 AM) and the desk worker was not particularly welcoming or interested in helping us store our luggage immediately, or giving us a place to sit (instead focusing on finishing cleaning the floors). So, the first impression was not great, but afterwards, everything was good--filling breakfast, clean rooms, only wished they would allow outside food in the hostel!

Next time I'll be staying somewhere else. The location is the only good thing, close to Victoria. Hostel above a regular boring pub open for everyone in town. No room for meeting people, didn't even feel like a hostel. No kitchen and no fridge. Showers and toilets kinda clogged, wi-fi didn't work well, small lockers, no mirror in bedroom, only 4 plugs for 12 people, triple bunks really uncomfortable, they would shake a lot and there was not enough space between the bunks to sit on your own bed.

Cheap and cheerful! The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The top Bunk was a bit daunting but beyond that it was a very agreeable hostel in a handy location.

Kind of far from the station but aside from that, this is a decent hostel.
