I love the kitchen so much! If you can provide a pair of gloves, it would be better!

The hostel is almost a 10-min walk from the U-Bahn, which is a pain if you have a lot of luggage, & it's also not easy to go directly to or from the Hauptbahnhof. It has a nice, large, fridge, a hotplate, and an electric tea kettle. There are no huge dorm rooms, and only a few rooms, which was nice, very cozy (like in the name!). Overall, we had a good experience, but I wouldn't stay again, just based on the condition of the bathroom. Only one shower was working, and the other one was gross.

Daniel was very nice - the hostel is more an apartment with a kitchen and two bathrooms. But it feels 'homier' than this brand new hostels that have the same atmosphere like a hospital...

Absolutely lived our stay here. Feels more like a big family living in an apartment than a hostel. We had a double room for cheaper than what we pay for a dorm in most places, the room was huge and funky, and Fabuan himself is the one that really gives this place it's flair. He is warm and inviting and could not have done more to make our stay better. Only downside was that it can get a little chilly at night, although there are plenty of blankets. Kitchen pretty sparse but functional.

Travelled in several countries and hostels, that one is in an average level. The staff is good, the location is 5min from a metro station and the area is or it seemed to me safe.In general clean. On the other side the room was FREEZING cold and you can hear all the noises from the other rooms and hostel in general. It needs a bit renovation as well.the beds are uncomfortable, plus that you pay 2eur for light blankets. Could be ok for spring or summer time, but definitely avoid it for winter period.

The hostel is worth for the price, since it's cheap, well localized, calm, cozy and the staff is kind, it's possible to overcome some disadvantages such as, the cleaning is questionable mainly in the kitchen and bathrooms, internet is only available on the first floor. If you are looking for a calm place, which looks more like to a house than a hostel, which has easy access to the center and with really good price, I would definately recomment Fabian's.

I have been travelling through Europe for the past three months and this has been my favorite hostel yet! Fabian was so friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Nothing can beat the price and comfort of this hostel! Excellent facilities, from the rooms to the bathrooms and kitchen. Best of all, it's a 10 minute walk away from a metro station that connects to one of the biggest stations in Berlin and it was so easy to go anywhere! I encourage all Berlin travelers to stay here!
