Everything was good except the pillows, they were quite uncomfortable.

It wasn't what we expected... Only stayed 2 nights out of 5. There is wifi though and the bathrooms were being done up/re-tiled (didn't look too bad either!). It would be ok for a group to stay but not if you're on your own/in a pair.

One of the best places we stayed on our trip. The facilities were super clean, and the staff were amazing. They helped us get around the city and recommended some great activities for us to do. Awesome place!

The best place to stay in Berlin. No impression of staying in a usual hostel, but cosy atmosphere of a little family inside. Excellent cleanness in rooms and bathrooms and unbelievably welcome and helpful staff. 100% recomended. 2M =)

Beds are very unconfortable, DON'T give your stuff to the guy to wash. He will destroy all your clothes. Really. Destroy.

a bit far from main station, 30min by walking However it is very cheap hostel and U can cook, using free stuff. When I went there I could use potatoes, onions etc. Moreover, they clean up my clothes for free!!!! Compare to its price it was the best hostel I have ever been~

Cool and nice place to stay, a bathtub with hot water, no TV so people get to know each other, not far from buses or U bahn, nice beds, nice rooms, cosy, felt like home except there were fun people all around ;)

Fantastic hostel in a great location, with a great vibe accommodated by excellent and knowledgable staff - Martin, in particular, made my stay in Berlin and the hostel memorable; great guy who went out of his way to ensure guests were looked after; thanks for your warmth, conversation and doing my washing :-)

The hostel is very cozy and I felt at home. The kitchen was also very nice and the rooms were well kept. The location was a bit out of the way but I enjozed being in a real neighborhood and not surrounded by touristy things. Nice hot showers, good that linens were included. People in the hostel were friendly and had good advice.

I think all in all it was okay. The bed was very comfortable and so i slept very good :). For me I can say, that i will definedly not stay there again. I guess how you like the place depends on the person who stays there. But for me it is really not a good thing if there are people playing dart rigth in front of your room (until 1 am)....

Very nice hostel. A great place to stay in Berlin. The rooms on floor 3 are very quiet and I slept very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. I had a wonderful time in Berlin and come safely again.

A “cozy little belle etage” indeed, with “cozy” underlined. More like a dozen people sharing a flat. No bunk beds, which means more space for everyone in the dorms, very good kitchen, lots of very useful info from Martin, who works there, excellent wifi signal (crucial for some of us), even the “free five pieces' laundry” was a good touch. I would easily stay there again if I went back to Berlin.

It was a small hostel and a bit far from the city center. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my charger there and when I went back they kept it right there for me, how thoughtful!
