This hostel is located halfway between Naples City Centre and Pompei, which was convenient if you are planning to go to Pompei. The kitchen was very dirty and not well equipped with cutlery or cooking utensils. The bathrooms and bedrooms were both very average, although the fan did not work in our room so it was extremely hot overnight. Also, the wi-fi really only works if you are beside the front desk.
The staff were really friendly and super helpful with helping us organise trips and places to see / eat in the area. We used it as a base for Pompeii and Vesuvius / Herculanium. Clean facilities and secure with lockers in the rooms. Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area.
Hostel was nice. Beds comfortable and temperature of rooms was easily regulated by windows. Bathrooms felt very clean to me - at least no odors.

The staff were really helpful, the guy we talked to gave us really good advise on things to do around the area and how to go about it. The rooms had really big lockers. The kitchen was pretty small and the showers were freezing cold, but that could have just been because I had my shower later on at night. I would definitely stay there again.
Overall I had a good experience at this hostel and met some really awesome people. With that being said, there were multiple issues with people being told the wrong beds, the hot water, and the door locks. It's in a good location to save money because it is easily accessible to the ruins, Napoli and the Amalfi Coast. It's a good place, they just need to tighten up a bit. The staff was always friendly and tried to help out with any issues or questions we had.
Awesome place, great spot to meet friends and can either relax or get a little crazy on the town. The townspeople were all nice even with my broken Italian but were genuinely interested and curious enough to try and talk to you. Only bad thing is it is damn near impossible to get back to Portici from Naples later than 9:45 unless you grab a bus or taxi. But the location is phenomenal and provides ease of access to all the ruins and amalfi coast as well as Naples
What a great place to stay! And Portici is a wonderful town! Thanks

I have stayed at some great hostels in Italy and this one is disappointing but could be great if they cared and they just don’t. wifi - terrible, it never works and they guy at reception dose not care at all, time wasting when trying to book stuff online kitchen - terrible, no bowls, plates etc, they just bin the plastic bowels at breakfast can’t be bothered cleaning them Dead atmosphere tin the hostel -they should have some activities at the hostel especially on a Friday/Saturday nights.
Very clean, shower always hot, friendly staff (when we asked the man at reception where was nice to eat very local as we had a long day he offered to order us a pizza and got it delivered!) fantastic value for money. SUPER CHEAP BEER!! :D
Great hostel! Very clean and well organised, the staff were awesome and it had a good vibe. The kitchen is basic and the wifi could be better, but this hostel is great value for money, don't go past if you're traveling to Naples.
staffs seems intolerant to answer our questions. kitchen facilities are not well, but functionable.
Was a nice hostel, the location was 50% okay. But if you don't want be in Napoles is a good option, specially if you want go to Pompei or Sorrento. I recommend, the room was clean and very quiet! Awesome, I was with my mother and she loved it.
Great hostel! Very friendly and welcoming! The staff were really helpful and even taught us some words in Italian. Great location to see Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius! The port is also early pretty and has nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Francesca is the best! Love Nicoletta and Jovanna from Sydney xx

Really nice place! Very clean and friendly atmosphere and staff. Theres no wifi in the rooms, though, but it wasnt such a problem for me.
Convenient location for visiting Pompeii. Naples itself is awful in my opinion but luckily this hostel is about 10km south of it. If you arrive late note that trains/underground stop operating as early as 10pm so it'll be more difficult to get into Portici. Staff were okay, bathroom floors could've been a bit tidier at times. Wifi only worked in the lobby area. Good hostel for a couple of nights.
Great location for pompeii or for making your way to Amalfi Coast. Hostel provides a booklet which informs you of things to do with maps and reccommendations. Rooms super clean. Good value for money
Fabric is awesome. First the good: the atmosphere is relaxed but social; the staff is EXTREMELY helpful; wifi is slow but available. No breakfast (con) but there is a cheap grocery store right next door as well as a fresh produce stand (delicious!) Naples (and Portici) are not my favorite towns in Italy by any stretch but given they are in your itinerary, this is hostel is great. It's a great launching point for Pompei and the Amalfi cost. Facilities are pretty good and clean.
Staff were a bit disorganised. Had to wait ages to check in and even then, we were the ones to approach them to see if we could check in - they didn't come and get us after we'd been waiting in the lounge for ages. It was clean but not the most comfortable of beds or pillows.
Really clean, nicely designed, & helpful with free guidebook. Security was great with doors locking up at night and a code to get back in past a certain hour. Club was only open during certain months, & May was not one of those. Felt awkward in the common room (the only place the wifi works). Located in Portici, where there isn't much to do- close to Herculaneum, but It's in the middle between Pompeii & Naples (which doesn't have much anyway). Have to take a kinda sketchy train to get anywhere.
Super friendly staff, nice facilities. Water pressure in showers was weak but workable. Portici was charming and right between Napoli and Pompeii. Perfect for day trips since Napoli is rather disappointing. Great pizza place right down the street and market next door.
