The hostel was very good overall and provided excellent value for money. The staff was friendly. The hostel has a club (more like a lounge) which opens at night..It is a fun place to stay The only problem is that the hostel is located a bit far away from the city of Naples. So if you have a car, it is difficult to find parking since the hostel does not provide one. It is risky to park on the streets of Naples.

Great thanks for the staff - its the main plus of this hostel! They helped me a lot. Not close to the center but its possible to get there by train which goes regular. The room and the showers clean, everything is ok, but fabrique was complitely empty. tasty pizza not far from the hostel and several good stores. Good wifi connection. And thx one more time for the stuff - the main advantage of this place ;-)

Not that this is the hosetls fault but all throughout Naples it was very hard to find good food. The hostel kitchen, when it was open was indeed very yummy. Our room was freezing, but the front desk guy was very generous and gave us his space heater for our 2 day stay. The shower had to be the worst, it was acceptably clean, but when staying somewhere that is poorly heated to go into a shower that is freezing cold was the absolute worst.

I have been to a lot of hotels and hostels in my life. Fabric Hostel seemed to be a perfect joy for a budget stay for a groupf of friends. And it was really!! We enjoyed our stay there a lot. It is very clean, the leaflet of the Hostel about the town is really good, and it is espeacially good that there are evening events in the building! The concerts or parties cannot be heard in the rooms but if you feel like, you can have a nice drink downstairs and enjoy local artists!

The hostel was great; there's wifi connection and staff speaks at least Italian, English and some also French. The rooms are clean, the bar is cheap and you can get good Belgian and German beers! On the whole, I am deeply satisfied!

The hostel was fabulous. It was convenient for visiting different areas. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful. One evening most restaurants were closed and the man at reception offered to call round the restaurants to find out which ones were open. It was very clean and had good wi-fi and a "cool" vibe. We had kids and they enjoyed watching TV in the TV room and playing on the computers. We will definitely go there again!

I stayed in Portici because it was close to Pompeii, I wish I had kept going to Sorrento! Honestly! I wish someone had told me what a strange place this town is. No redeeming qualities. When a beautiful town with wonderful restaurants and shopping are just a short train ride away I walked around for an hour looking for a restaurant in Portici. However I did have fun with a stranger I met in Positano crashing some italians bday party in the club attached to Fabric hostel. We got champagne&cake

Good for having a place to secure your gear while going to Vesuvius or Pompeii.. other than that, not much else to draw you in.

Did not enjoy this hostel at all! Surprised by all the positive feedback previously as this place has no character at all, the staff were grumpy and unhelpful, the showers are see-through so there's no privacy at all. I went to get into my bed and there were small black hairs all around the pillow, so I slept in a different bed and they said they'd clean it the next day, but they didn't! The sheets had clearly been slept in before. YUCK! Don't stay here!

Very off the beaten path and very few people in town speak english. once we got there everything was clean. room did not have ac so if you are going when it is warm be warned. staff was very helpful. the club part does not open until october so again if you are looking to party you must go somewhere else. ultimately i had a great experience and would recommend this hostel to others

One of the coolest hostels I've ever stayed at!! The set up is really modern, the bathrooms/bedrooms are clean, the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and the cafe is cheap and yummy! What more could you ask for??! OH! And it's right by a train station. Hell yeah!

Really nice modern hostel! Cheap breakfast and evening meal, both very nice!staff very helpful, nice welcome booklet which tells you everything you need to know! Massive living area which probably would have been more fun if there were more people staying at the hostel, it was a bit quiet so probably not amazing if by yourself! Cleaned thoroughly everyday! Not in the centre of naples but easy enough to get the train to naples/sorrento!

It was a nice Change from partying hostels. We were there during a religious holiday so that may be why it was so chill. The wait for laundry can be long depending on when you try to get it done.

Fantastic hostel. Incredible staff that are friendly and happen to be insanely good at table tennis. Also problem was that bathrooms were a little dirty. Location is a little way outside of naples, but this is better, as naples isn't all that interesting and it is closer to pompei, vesuvius and the amalfi coast. there are ruins similar to pompeii that are just 10 minutes walk away.

Great Hostel located in a very nice part of Napoli. Great value for money and very easy to find if you follow the directions on wedsite page. A good place to meet fellow travelers. Staff were friendly and helpful with giving info about local attractions such a Pompeii and Versviusl. The discounted food served in the evening is also worth mentioning as it's delicious! Hostel is also right beside local markets and cafes. showers could be Lots of mosquitoes though!
