Very nice staff, we were given helpful printed guide. we slept in double-bed room and it was clean and close to the bathroom. Portici is a very Italian city, much more interesting and safe than Napoli. 20minutes of walk to Ercolano scavi. Good point to start visiting Napoli, Pompei, Vesuvio.

Fabric is one of the best hostels I have *ever* stayed in, and Portici is a lovely place. It's very convenient to all the Roman ruins, like Pompei and Herculaneum. The only thing I don't like about Fabric is the bathrooms. They have no private dressing area or place to put your toiletries, but I can totally overlook that because the rest of the hostel is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very nice and clean. I

I highly recommend this hostel. The club is great for meeting other people, but it's separated from the living quarters by the reception desk so the dorms are still very quiet.

It was very difficult to locate this place, i would suggest you should provide the map to everyone who book hostels. Locating the hostel wasted lot of time as we had only one day in naples. Providing map from centraal station will help everyone.

As far as hostels go it was very clean, organized, and a great value for the money. The only thing I had a major problem was their gross exaggeration of how close they were to things and how easy it was to get to places. It was definitely a major hassle to get there from Naples and their information severely underestimated travel times for walking to sites and catching trains. However if you're looking to focus on archaeology the location is pretty good for getting to sites.

The hostel was very good overall and provided excellent value for money. The staff was friendly. The hostel has a club (more like a lounge) which opens at night..It is a fun place to stay The only problem is that the hostel is located a bit far away from the city of Naples. So if you have a car, it is difficult to find parking since the hostel does not provide one. It is risky to park on the streets of Naples.
