Location cannot be better. Small, cozy hostel. You'll feel at home. Enjoy some beers while looking over the balcony to Plaza Mayor.

Very small and cosy, they have a dog! Literally overlooks the plaza, and has a high standard of cleanliness. Couldn't be better.

Best location in Madrid. Sit on the balcony and dangle your legs over Plaza Mayor! Small hostel, only about 12 people. No lockers but I felt safe as houses. Met a fellow Kiwi and had a great time in Madrid. Highly recommend! Best hostel in Spain so far!

The location is very good and you feel like you have rented an apartment in the heart of Madrid. All day breakfast is a plus. Overall value for money although cleanliness can be improved. Please provide clean bedsheets and covers when a room is handed over.

Great location. Beautiful views. Really kind and friendly staff. Small hostel, not much activities or atmosphere for someone looking to party.

Fabrizzio was not particularly clean nor safe, though spacious. No security lockers to speak of, only the offer to safeguard your belongings in their apartment, though reception and staff hours are sporadic and non-specified. Cash-only payment and no request for a passport made me think it's rather under the table. That said, it's pretty awesome to stay on the Plaza Mayor and fellow travelers were pretty cool and friendly. The free breakfast is also pretty substantial as Madrid hostels go.

The location is amazing. Such a lovely little place, it is like staying in an apartment. The owners are so lovely. She let us keep our big bags in her private house for the day as the guesthouse was all booked out. All day breakfast is convenient but very basic.

Definitely felt more like staying at your aunt's house than a hostel. Downsides were no lockers and the showers in the back were a little iffy, but the upsides were an actual home feeling (as opposed to stripped down, sanitized institution feeling), relaxed atmosphere, and view out to Plaza Mayor
