it was the worst place I've ever stayed in Taiwan, the room stinked as there is no proper window for air changes, the bed was just uncomfortable. do not stay at this hostel if you lost your wallet or something. you will regret about it, believe me. this hostel is not an authroized hostel, it was just a house being used for hosting people.
