Far out this place is awesome! wasnt what i expected, thought it wasgoing to be alot dodgier but its actually really nice. bit of a hike back from the clubs in the early hours of the morning if you cant snag a cab. but its on the beach so it wins points back there. wouldnt stay anywhere else!!

this hostel is like a 5 star resort, situated across the road from an amazing and popular beach. Pool, bar, restaurant and laundry services mean you never have to leave. Far Out felt like the place to be, and everyone seemed to come here during the day from all over the island. Our room was spacious and very clean, we had towels everyday. this hostel offered free beachbeads and umbrellas, acces to an array of watersports..and cheap cocktails!! bus to town and clubs was 1.60, cab was 5! FAR OUT!!

I absolutely loved this place- would definitely go back! Bit far out of town but not a problem as there are constant buses and taxis going in and out all day and night. and being right near the beach gave the option of beach or pool for the day which was great. Loved staying in the bungalows- so cheap and so good to have a bed. No cooking facilities/ fridge but market within the camping bit cheap enough for a few days and delicious food for reasonable price by the pool. Highly recommended!!

Nice camping with decently clean facilities. Very good fun, right in front of the beach and has swimming pool, gret to meet people. Good location, but away from downtown and from the port, you'll need to use public transport, which is frequent and cheap in any case. When booking on line two options are given for double shared room, one the most expensive is the bungalow which has a fan the other is the plastic hut without a fan, which can get pretty hot in summer mornings.

Great place to stay - has everything you need. Full of Aussie/Kiwi travelers which is good to meet others.

Great hostel which is more like a resort. It has everything on site! With the pool and beach it's great value for money. Also very handy that they pick you up from the port. To ease the hangover you'll no doubt have, the rooms are ideally fully blacked out so you can sleep in easily! Would def stay again!

Fantastic location right on one of the most beautiful beaches and only 5 minutes away from the main town. The pool was amazing. It was extremely great value for money with cheap rooms, great facilities and friendly staff. The atmosphere was great. There were shops at the resort and a nice restaurant which was very handy. We would definately recommend this resort to everyone traveling to Ios
