A great place to stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, providing accurate and detailed information to guide me around the city. There were so few other travellers it was difficult to arrange tours, but they at least offered discounts to help. They can arrange airport transfers which, although obviously more expensive than the bus, are door-to-door so much more efficient-make sure you get your group together before you book, as the driver will up the price if you add extra at the last minute!

Very good value for the price, nice breakfast, excellent location!

Hotel is very poorly maintained and above all very unclean. I have stayed in many budget hotels and hostels around the world, but Farah hotel was the most unclean of them all with the exception of one other place in Lybia.

Great location in Downtown, friendly and helpful staff 24hr, good selection of tours available (if you have the right number of people). Rooms were a good size and what you would expect for the price. Nice little comfy seating area at reception and the breakfast has the best falafel in Amman!

A good, basic hotel in an excellent location. The receptionists are fantastic - very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough for all their help! I will certainly be returning to the Farah Hotel on my next visit to Jordan.

Rooms were pretty decent. Breakfast was mediocre. Bathrooms were pretty terrible. Staff were friendly enough.

I will certainly stay at the Farah Hotel again. Thank you in particular to the staff who are always so pleasant and helpful. It was my first time in Jordan and they made such a difference to my stay.

Nice hostel located in the city center. Breakfast is included. They have only one key per dorm. There is no lockers in the dorms, but they keep your valuables at reception. Great value for the money. I would recommend it and definitely stay there again.

The hostel is in the city center, very well located, altough my taxi driver had a hard time to find it. The employes are nice and helpful. I saw some of them smoking close to the reception, even they have a sign for not smoking. In general, it is a nice place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

Great value for money with very helpful staff

i stayed in farah hotel when i arrived in jordan. the staff is very friendly, i had nice talks to them but they also let you your peace if you need it. i felt so familiar that i also returned to the hotel at the and of my travel to spend some last days in amman... if you want to have to feel cosy and welcome you should go there when you are visiting the crowdy and oud amman :-)

I have returned to Farah Hotel several times already since I arrived in Jordan 10 days ago. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the location is just perfect. There is a wonderful atmosphere about the place and you're almost guaranteed to meet some great like minded people in your stay! Highly recommended, great value for money.

Staff was very helpful in answering any questions and giving recommendations! Rooms and facilities are basic. It's a place for crashing at night. Within walking distance of a few major attractions. I appreciate that their airport pick up service was cheaper than the flat rate taxis to town. Side note if you have allergies: There are many cats in and out of the lobby.
