A very nice place, and the location is great - downtown just near famous Hashem restaurant :) Stuff is helpful and friendly. Good value for money.

I was charged an extra 2% to pay with mastercard. I had prefered it to be already included in the price.

Taps are too big for the sink, so floor is always wet. Shower head fell off shower. Bathroom door did not shut and lock was broken. No hot water. Cold. Not very much food for breakfast. Breakfast table had dust and cobwebs on it. They tried to charge me full price, "forgetting" that a deposit had already been paid.
