You get what you pay for here. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The owner greeted us on arrival and showed us where to go on a map which was nice. The b
If you are looking for just a bed to sleep in Rome at a great price, this is the place you want. Right in the center of the city on a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum, Palatine and others. It is on quite a busy street and there is a lot of noise, but it stops at about 12 am.The owner was very helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go. Only thing I didn't like so much was that our used towels weren't replaced by fresh ones every day.

I'm really disappointed, very poor in all aspects, the staff was really impolite and the Wifi never works properly. I recommend not choose this place
Only five minutes of hot water and no holder for the shower head, so one had to hold the shower head with one hand and quickly wash hair with the other. Owner demanded cash, but then wasn't prepared to give change, and came late to our agreed time with no apology or explanation, although she gave out when we were late arriving from the airport, because we didn't know the bus would take over an hour. She moved our things when we were out. Also, no concept of a B&B - "normally bfast isn't free."
Nice place, quite close to the center of Rome. the room was quite big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was clean: a good address, and the price is really cheap! One "negative": it's prettynoisy (though I'm picky about that, to be fair), because it's an old apartment on one side, and it's located on a big avenue on the other side. So you kind of feel like the window's wide open on the street even when it's closed!
