They have no lockers in the rooms; except for this, it's all fine.

Staff here were rude and everything seemed to be problem for them! can honestly say the best thing is the free breakfast and the free wifi from the park next door! Not going back!!!

We had booked for 4 nights, we left after 2. The staff (most of it, with exceptions) wasnt nice at all, making us feel uncomfortable. Should we really have to pay for a smile ?

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Good value for the price, however, 2 qualms we had: 1. The common area echos very loudly, so one group can ruin a otherwise nice night 2. There should be an age limit at these youth hostels - there were quite a few 60+ guests (in both our dorms), so it was tip-toeing in the rooms after 8.30pm. Honestly, it' a youth hostel!!!!

If you want a good night's rest, the dorms are a non-starter. And unless you're a very sound sleeper, book a lower bunk as the upper ones have no side restraints at all. Location is the otherside of town from the train and bus station, but it's a 15 minute walk max. Nice terrace and common room and at the price, not the worst hostel in the world I've stayed in(that one is in Shanghai near People's Sq).

Not my type of Hostel. Only worth staying for one night if you need at place to crash. No Lockers, no fans, no fun.

It's YHA what can I say. Walk for a few miles away from anywhere and you'll find a big hostel run like a big business. But hey, it's cheap and clean and it's all you need. If I were you I'd stay somewhere intresting though like Lagos if you can. Not much in Faro to see or do.
