Stayed for one night in a two-person private room, not ensuite. It was a bit small, but besides that it feelt like a hotel room. That being said, i hardly ever stay at hotels. But the bed was top quality, it was nice and clean, the staff stayed up and waited late for our arrival and there's a pub where it's perfect to just chill out and relax after a long day of traveling. As for facilities we didn't stay long enough to find out what they had, but there was a tv on the room. So worth the money!

After a spetacular drive through the gleans, lakes and mountains, we were a bit disappointed with our accomodation, double room was smaller than we expected and lacked in character. Outdated deco and full of clutter but as far as a hostel goes, and taking in consideration the prices, it was good value for money. Location was fine, we only wish there was a pub/restaurant nearby (walking distance). Next time we go back to Fort William we will stay in a B&B, there are so many of them around.

Enjoyed a nice stay at the hostel as part of our trip around Scotland. Due to the fact it was at the end of our holiday We stayed just one night. The staff was most helpful (special thanks to Kristy for the booking support!) und the room as well as the sanitary facilities were clean.

Nice experience in this hostel. It's a bit far from the village, but anyway located in a good rural spot. The best point of the place is the great bar-living room in which we could drink some great beers and enjoy a nice atmosphere. Weak points: only 1 shower in a room with 6-8 people. And I put the lowest score in "staff", not because the lovely girls working there, just because of the long grey-hair man in charge of the bar-reception. He was extremely angry and unpolite with us, no fun.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the hostel as part of our trip around Scotland. We stayed on a couple of days after this initial booking. Cliff was most helpful and we found the range of information on things to do around the area very useful also. The kitchen and washroom areas were spotless, which was refreshing as not everywhere we stayed was up to thiese stadnards! Will definately go back hopefully soon for some snowboarding!
