The hotel is not really in Colmar but in Houssen. The location is hard to reach by bike. Otherwise it was good and the breakfest was great with coffee, fresh croissants and chocolate-thingies :)

Very friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. A little far away from Colmar though, specially if you don't have a car.
