Mixed review. Front door is unlocked, but lockers in the room are great. Amazing price, just outside of the old town, and close to the ferries. Surprisingly quiet considering the busy road outside. Older crowd and families, didn't really meet anyone. Staff did not let me check in early, though there were many unused beds in my room. So I guess, go with friends/family for the cheap price.

Amenenties etc at this hostel are all pretty good. Howvever, no atmosphere & as a solo traveller, not recommended.

The hostel is almost finished with a renovation and looks excellent. Great location just outside of the old town, supermarket 5 minute walk away. Great kitchen with 2 stove ranges and 2 sinks, but only 1 small fridge. Constant struggle to find room for your food. I would recommend the hostel purchase another fridge for its size. Sauna and pool super clean and a great way to begin your day. I will stay here again when I return to Tallinn.

Vergy good hostel, clean and with a good equipped kitchen / public room with TV. Location only 5-10 minutes walk from the center of the old town.

Good location (close to ferry harbour, on the tram line to bus terminal). The place is a bit run down and they're fixing it as they go, so your experience may vary depending on where you stay. Most common toilets and bathrooms are in the basement, which can be annoying. Some windows cannot open, so rooms can be stuffy. Not enough tables and chairs near the kitchen area. No supermarket nearby. Helpful staff. There's a sauna too but I didn't use it.

Excellent service and a very helpful staff. Location was good, better than i predicted, just a minutes walk to the oldtown and close to the awesome neighbourhood Kalamaja. Stayed for two nights and would definitely stay again and recommend it.

The hostel interior is not bad & quite clean but the exterior is really run down. Hostel is only few min away from old town and less than 10 min walking distance to Viking cruise terminal.

The room was simple, but clean and light. En suite bathroom was clean and in good condition. From the outside, the building is really run down, but the inside is ok and our room was in very good condition. Staff was friendly. No frills, but good value for the money.

Hostel's location is very good - just few steps to Old Town and the same distance to sea and harbor. Superior Twin room is big and bright. Also I highly recommend Klaus cafe if you are interested in tasty breakfast - to reach cafe you have to turn right after hostel's doors and go down on the first street.

it was the most horrible hostel I ever been. the buiding where hostel is situated is half destroyed. basement rennovations are good, but furniture and surroundings are desperately need to be cleaned

Great location from the harbour and the centre. We stayed in 4 people private room which was clean and the room had nice big windows. When we arrived on a sunny afternoon the heaters were on the room was very hot, but luckily after we told this to the staff the heaters were turned off and the night was nice and cool. The luggage room wasn't very well protected but the staff let us leave our stuff in a locker. I guess the hostel was pretty full but didn't really see much other people.

Value for money with walking distance to old town. Great common road and cooking facilities. Room clean, big and comfiest beds. Secure parking.

The hostel is being redecorated at the moment and is looking really good. The location is perfect, right on the edge of the old town (which is compact and easy to get around on foot). Having 24 hour check-in is a real advantage and there is a 24 hour petrol station and shop nearby if you are arriving late and need some food! The jacuzzi and sauna are good fun. The common room is spacious and has a ping pong table as well as a TV and computer. The free wifi worked perfectly everywhere.

A very good plus to the hotel is that it has free sauna each day from 9 to 11. It is very neat and clean, and not so many people in there. That helps to forget that it is located outside the Old Town, but for those who travels by train or ferry very good location.

Very nice refurbishing hostel. Clean white sheets. Very quiet. Large pro looking stainless steel kitchen. The game room has a lot of sitting areas, TV PP table, but most important, lots of power outlets and strong wifi signal. Sauna and Jacuzzi 2 hours only, 9-11 in the morning. I would have used it if the operating hours were in the evening. Overall the value of this hostel is excellent. The hostel is going through an extensive restoration.

Room was not in the best repair. Skirting board in the bathroom had rotted and was coming away and the shower leaked. Communal areas would have been nicer if they had been a bit cleaner. I woke up with many small bites on my body - are there bed bugs?

Really nice hostel. The staff were lovely and helped us find restaurants, book taxis, print flight confirmations, etc. The beds were not super comfortable, but we slept on top of our doonas and it was okay like that. The common room and kitchen are well equipped and the bathrooms were always clean.
