Would recommend this hostel. Great kitchen facilities. Table tennis, spa, sauna. The lockers and doors are super noisy, so if anyone enters your room or leaves I would wake up. Staff helpful. Just wish the spa/sauna was open in the afternoon!

Good place but we had some crazy neighbors there!

This was the second time we stayed at Fat Margaret's with my boyfriend. We really love the place and the location is perfect. The building is really old and cool and the rooms are spacious. A little bit noisy because of the main road, but for us it was not a problem at all. The only complain I have is about the sauna and pool area: it is only available for guests from 9am to 11am! It would be so perfect to go to sauna before a night out.. No idea why they want to have it this way??

It would be great to have the sauna open longer than from 9 to 11.

Great location, friendly staff, good-sized room, clean, no problems with noise. WiFi could be stronger, but oh well, you're there for Old Town across the street, right?

Very cool place

The building did not look so attractive outside but it was better inside. The small swimming pool with sauna was cool! Although it would have been nice if they had been open at night also, and not only in the morning. The location was excellent.

Really nice kitchen, and chill areas

The hostel is very close to the port and city center, but is directly next to a main road. Thankfully, the room had great soundproof windows! Only minus was that the bathrooms/washrooms were quite dirty and could have used a good scrubbing (but our room was clean).

The best hostel in Tallinn! We travel a lot with my wife. And I say that this is one of the best hostels we have stayed at. Thank you guys for your great place! Always stay at Margaret and always 100% satisfied!

We had to check in late because our ferry only arrived at midnight. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, not in the old town but in front. The only problem is that some rooms face the road, so better bring earplugs. The sauna and pool is only open from 9 to 11 in the morning. Good kitchen.

A very nice hostel near the Old Town, the harbour, city center and the railway station. A good place if you need few days in Tallinn and a little trip to Helsinki

It was too hot in the room. If we opened the window, the traffic noise was unsustainable. Temperatures were unusual.

Rooms were tiny, they did have lockers, good kitchen, right on the outside of old town, Internet worked good,

Location middle way (10 min walk) from Port (where the Airport bus is terminate), Train station (Balti Jaam) or from the Old town centre gate (Viru). Nothing to complain.
