The place was great and a was a good value for the money; the facilities and the dorms were clean. However, I felt that the staff was aloof and wasn't really helpful. I've stayed at other hostels where the staff would show us around, give us ground rules and tips/advice to get the most out of my experience in that particular city. I just felt like I was bothering the staff.

I stayed at feel at home backpackers for 2 nights. It's quite a good hostel, but I cannot say I felt at home there much. Dorms and facilities are fine, but communal area and atmosphere were not great. The staff wasn't very helpful and there are signs everywhere warning you you would lose your deposit whenever you did this or that. Also a lot of locals of the street hanging around in the 'communal/restaurant area' (not a restaurant), which is kind of weird in a hostel.

Pro: Nice hostel, good common area, Nice receptionist. Hostel is perfectly located, only 5 min walk to Khao San Rd. I stayed in the female dorm, no noise whatsoever from the busy nightlife going on just around the corner. Con: Wifi had several outages à day

Friendly staff, really close to Khao San road but not too close. The Beds have massive lockers underneath where you can actually fit everything. The cleaning staff forgot to change my bed sheets but it was songkran and I didn't really mind as I had my own blanket and it wasn't dirty I just knew it hadn't been changed. aircon room with lights for each bed (and fans I think). I enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay another night but it was fully booked.

Did not have any locker to put my valuables in as the locker was broken underneath bed. Staff was not friendly. Not a social hostel at all. Great hostel for pennypinchers as it is cheap and also good location.

2nd floor has much nicer beds than third floor, staff very helpful even when we turned up late at night, and helped with taxis. Good location, close to khao san road but far enough away so that you can sleep.WiFi a little bit dodgy.

This is excellent value for money and a consistent level of service, I have stayed here 3 times. Clean, great location, 24 hr reception and large robust lockers, air conditioned dorms, fast wifi.

Had a really good time. I met a lot of nice people in my dorm, we went to Khao San Road every night. (which is only a 5 minute walk, perfect). The staff is really helpful. The only thing is that one guy kept on coming into our room to switch off the a/c. Pretty weird when there are people in the room and you actually pay for it. Nevertheless we just switched it on when he would leave the room. For the rest I thought it was really clean, good beds and there's a computer that you can use.

Very nive hostel. I'd definitly stay again. The rooms are very simple but good. The bathroom was quite big and more or less clean. The only problem was, that the rooms a really clammy and they should renovate it. I met a lot of nice people there. It's about a 10 minutes walk to the beach and right next to all bars, restaurants, shops and 7/11. Recommendable

excellent location, at least one staff member is present at the reception 24/7, wifi available only in the lobby, no hooks for clothes in the bathrooms. Airport transfers and day-trips can be arranged at the reception.

Great value for money. Quiet location but nice and close to everything. Had a great stay here. I found it by accident the first time I was in Bangkok and rebooked on my next stay.

Pretty good facilities and really clean, but the staff isn't helpful at all and the is run more like a hotel than a hostel. Also lacks a nice room for people to meet and chat. In short, a place to recommand if you only want a bed and a clean spot, but not if you want to meet other people, and have any information on the city...

Great place. I had a great time. The lockers were a plus as well as heated showers, a great social atmosphere and proximity to Kao San road. Definitely recommend :)

Small hostel with nothing special in facilities but nice staff and location. They can arrange a shuttle that picks you up from the hostel to the airport for 160 bhats. I would stay there again.

Basic hostel. Seemed too pricey for a hostel but still worked. Staff were nice until the end. We didn't book their airport bus because they never told us a list of things they can do for us. So when our bus was late and we asked them to call the driver, they got huffy that we didn't book a bus through them. Generally clean, nice AC. Bathrooms had a little smell which is expected of SE Asia. Overall it was a nice, safe, comfortable stay.

A nice enough hostel just down from the main attractions of khao San road without being on it. Good Internet downstairs only and average staff. Dorm room clean and equipped with big under bed lockers. Nothing special but by no means a bad place to stay

The hostel was ok (near khoasan road but without the noise), however a little bit hard to find by taxi drivers. Please put a description in Thai on your site which people can give to the driver. Also the locks in the female dormroom were not that safe as the could be opened by lifting up the matrass. I think the costs of tea and breakfast is overrated. Make this cheaper and people will actually buy it.

Upon arriving, despite paying a deposit we were told our beds were not available. We waited for about 45mins whilst the manager ignored us and finally he said he had found a solution. However this solution was a shared single bed for the 2 of us. We felt that the hostel could have been better prepared for arrival and it took us a while to revive some form of compensation, the manager didn't seem to want to give us any compensation despite him losing our entire booking.
