Dear Guest at the time of renovation some cleanliness part sometimes matters as you have seen few rooms were under construction and many workers working having sand, cement, blocks etc. so please do understand that part. Still we apologies for the inconvenience. Renovation already finishes and everyone enjoying the new stuff now. Regards!

Room had no window, bathroom and toilets were always wet, included breakfest was just toast and jam. Otherwise location is great and masal tea is excellent:)

Great location: easy access from the airport and very close to the main bus terminal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful except for the girl on the night shift who would hardly talk to me. But i think i heard her cry on the phone so i don't want to judge.. the rooms are tiny so i was glad that there weren't more people as my bag nearly took up all the floor space. Also not really a common area to meet others but there is a seating area outside which is really nice.

The location is superb, very close to Bugis shopping areas.

next door you can buy a coffin

Dear Guest, thanks for your wonderful points given in your review. But next door is hotel and next to that is some social media company, next is office and further next is restaurant which is having excellent university crowd. But opposite to us at left corner there is a company which is making coffins but does that matter anywhere ? :) Anyways, many thanks for your stay with us. Best Regards!

Hostels in Singapore are notoriously expensive so when we found this place, which is cheap in comparison and looked nice in the photos, we were pleased. It is in a very good location right near Arab St and Sultan Mosque. However, it is crumpled, dirty, musty and has bed bugs. When we told the staff about it the first time they tried to clean the bed but at 2am as we returned home from a night out we found more! The staff were apologetic int he end but kept professing that this is not normal, no"
