VERY VERY GOOD HOSTEL!!!!

The facilities are very good, everything is clean and the location is good as well. It felt impersonal though and the staff were real jerks. Especially the Scottish guy. How hard is it to be nice?

Very close to the winding Santa Cruz neighborhood. The room was clean; really great shower. The bunkbeds were small, especially the lower one. We wished the community room was bigger; it would have invited more connections between guests.

Great hostel with all that I needed - easy to find, comfy beds, everything everywhere super clean. Very helpful and patient staff. The drawbacks are no breakfast (but very well equipped kitchen - so easy to fix something there). The only disappointment was the flamenko show recommended by the hostel. Only 3 sessions 10 minutes each with long breaks between them, no female dancer (what flamenko is that??) - it did not seem worth EUR14 that I paid. Plus the drinks there were the worst in Spain

Awesome place, with awesome staff. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The common kitchen is well equipped, all facilities were clean. We had a twin ensuite room on the ground floor which was spacious and comfortable. Great place to stay in Sevilla!

Great location with very convenient tours provided to show you the main attractions of Sevilla. It was by far my most favorite visit in Spain and I will definitely be back!

The female staff were friendly, very helpful and approachable. Location excellent in close walking distance to all major sites of interest.

Handy location (about 5 min walk to train and bus stations). Friendly helpful staff. They can lend you a towell also which saves carrying a wet piece of cloth around in your bag next day.

All of the staff were some of the most helpful and energetic we've encountered in our travels EXCEPT for one member of staff who worked the swing shift --he was extremely unhelpful, cold, & incompetent. However, the night shift guy was so nice and recommended the BEST flamenco spot in town, which was the highlight of our time in Sevilla. internet was constantly broken; it would work for 5 mins and then not work for 20. Easily this was the most frustrating internet experience while traveling.

The location is amazing - walking distance to pretty much everywhere interesting! The staffs are amazing and really helpful with getting around town. The internet is not very strong - it can only be accessed on the 1st and 2nd floor. Other than that, everything is great!

Fanatastic place to stay.

Excellent hostel, the staff helped to enjoy even more of Seville! Just watch out for your heads if you´re staying in the lower bed.

Very close to some important sights, clean, has good tours and staffs are very kindly. I slept 3nights at 6bed dormitory and very satisfied with that. Strongly recommend!!!

I love the place, the staff is really nice and the facilities are excellent, I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends. And Samay Hostels will be my first option to visit another city.

Such a warm welcome. Staff were great. The hostel organized a lot of events that were lots of fun...pub crawl, BBQ, walking tour and flamenco show. They even did our washing for us! What more could you ask for?? Thanks for such a great time in Sevilla!!

a really nice hostel, the staff was amazing.they helped with everything and were really patient. highly recommended.

I really liked the hostel. The only thing I didn´t like is that they don´t have safety closets to leave your stuff. I would like to see next time some wardrobes with key , then you lock it and forget about your thing´s safety. Another good thing is the free walking tour that the hostels offers. We did it with Filippo and it was great!

It was in an amazing location and the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It seemed to be very clean however we did find a small cockroach on the 1st night.

I am sorry to mention this but, whatever was used by the housekeeping staff to 'disinfect' was too too strong, I had to open the windows to get rid of the smell. Cleanliness is definitely good but when it is over powering with fumes, it is too much. I definitely liked the key system used to get into the hostel and the hostel room, I think everyone should use this, would elminate any theft problems. Staff were friendly and great.
