We have years of experience and are located in the heart of Seville's oldest and most romantic neighbourhood, Barrio Santa Cruz. Take a stroll through these dim, mazelike streets and alleyways and bask in the city's ancient past. You can stuff your belly in one of the many tapas bars located just outside our doors. If it's flamenco or bullfighting you're after, we're a stone's throw from the bullring and some of Seville’s best flamenco bars.

The Samay Team of backpackers and independent travellers have created the perfect space for those who want more from their hostel. Our rooms are ensuite. What are you waiting for – better conditions?! Impossible!

We have completely restored a traditional Sevillian town house, adding our own unique touches to better serve you. Our spacious, designer, well-lit and ensuite dorm rooms keep you comfortable.
The Samay touch means never-ending hot water, premium mattresses, sturdy hand-crafted bunk beds, personal safes, free lockers, key card access, air conditioning, central heating and free linen and towels. Don’t worry about bringing your sleeping bag; the beds have clean sheets when you get here. In winter we also provide blankets, seeing that it can be quite cold in Spain. Don't forget to bring your beach towel in summer!

Rooms with a shared bathroom are located in a building adjacent to the hostel; the rest of the facilities are in the main building.

There are no surprises on arrival – many services are included in our prices. We help you stay connected with Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet and guest phone services. We also offer free city maps, a relaxing social lounge and games. You can enjoy your own book or read someone else’s book from the book swap.

Our fully equipped kitchen features pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, so you can enjoy yourself inventing a new dish or trying out Spanish cuisine.

Did we mention the terrace? Ours is the best rooftop terrace in all of Seville. Whether you want to catch the last rays of light from the setting Andalucian sun or just enjoy a good book or conversation, our terrace has you covered.

Someone from our friendly, multi-lingual staff is available 24 hours a day to help you with whatever you need, with the kind of information about Seville that only city insiders know. As our guests come from all over the world and not everyone speaks Spanish, we can help you out in English, Italian, French, Dutch, Flemish, Japanese and German.

When you have finally decided where you're off to next, you can always leave your luggage with us free of charge so that you don't have to carry your backpack around while you're waiting for your bus or train or plane!

Please note that guests younger than 18 years old and travelling alone, or guests with children under the age of 10, must book a private room.
