I stayed in ensuite room and had to fight with the room door to open. reason staff told me is that doors are newly painted :). so what you can't get away with the problem sayin that while customer is payin 91 euros per night. first night was living like in north pole. next morning i asked the staff and a lady said there is a rule in Spain that you cannot raise the temperature till 30 degree centigrade in hotels and hotels. what a rubbish.

Nice place with very friendly stuff. It would be even better if it has lockers in the room and a bigger common space.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, introducing all kinds of travel tips and extending our usage to the facilities even after we checked out! The kitchen was fully functional and easy to use! We all loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Samay hostel! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Kian, the best!!! Oh, and the free walking tour was very fun and educating - you should look for Rafael! We will be back! Hasta luego! Nos vemos otra vez! :)))

I was so impreseed by this place! The staff was overwhelmingly helpful and eager that we enjoyed our stay. We were only in town for one night, yet we were treated like we were going to stay there for a very long time :) I will stay here again...i would even bring my parents. Thanks!

Great location for us because we needed the train station and the San Sebatian bus station. On the outer edge of town on a main road so easy to find. Helpful staff, nice room private so like a cheap hotel room. Overall a good experience. They had a lot of activities in the evenings but we didn't get a chance to try them. If we had stayed another night I know we would have done the activities because they were very affordable.

Excellent clean room, very friendly stuff. We stayed during Christmas week-end and it was very warm in the room. Very good wifi internet connection. The character of the room was very nice in sunny orange colour. Bathroom new and excellent clean. Location is also great! It was unexpectedly convenient on our last day to leave our luggage in a safe locker after we checked out until our evening train. Thank you very much for making our stay in Sevilla so positive!

I would really recommend this hostel for anyone who is planning to visit the beautiful city of Sevilla. The hostel has been renovated, everything is brand new. We were in a 4 persons dorm with private bathroom. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean and spacious. The kitchen is big, full of accessories to cook good food. Staff is really friendly and the hostel has walking tour, bar crawl and fun stuff to do planned for everyday of the week.

Overall, I've got a good opinion about the hostel, but I would have appreciate if there where some (thicker) blankets. Because the morning that I woke up, it was very cold in the room. But for the rest, I was content and keep on the good work!

Good location, just a few minutes to walk to the main sights (10 min to cathedral etc). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hostel had own bathroom for the 4 dorm room I stayed in, which was nice. Also clean. The rooftop terrace is lovely and great to chill. Large kitchen but didn't use it because I only stayed one night. A bit disappointing that the "paella night today" did not happen, as they only do it when the hostel is full.
