Stayed for one night in a mixed dorm room. Air con and fans, comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean, but no separate showers - just shower over toilet floor. Didn't see much of the staff. Bar/restaurant downstairs has greasy food and deals for people staying in Fernloft.

A quirky little hostel with a load of character, located above a nice little bar that plays good music and serves some nice food. The hostel itself was fantastic, clean, free tea, coffee and breakfast. The staff seem to go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. The hostel was one of the cheapest I found for my trip and is located close and within easy access to the Changi airport. I would strongly recommend this place!

it would've been better if there were more hooks in showers, and that showers and bathrooms weren't in same room. also weren't allowed to wear any shoes inside, not even thongs or slippers

Really not so easy to get to, there seemed to be no one who actually worked there, they couldnt find our reservation when we arrived. it was a bit disorganized and the beach nearby isnt so nice, not really worth it to stay out there. but it is a cool area.   Read Owner Comments

It would be great if there is a way to control the noise from the bar on the first floor affecting travelers sleeping on the second floor. For example, making the wall thicker might help?   Read Owner Comments
