Fernloft KL @ Chinatown Reviews

The hostel is quite convenient to the metro and to the local markets. It was easy to find. I appreciated the crd keys necessary to enter the facility, however dorm room security was a bit less thorough. It depends on the others in your dorm to actually lock the door when they exit. Also, breakfast is just toast and coffee.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Excellent location, nice rooms, value for money but most importantly very friendly staff. Special mention to Ryan and King who were very helpful and friendly and went all the way out to helping me settle in. I will definitely stay in this hostel when I come back and would refer it to my friends. Good job guys!

チャイナタウンやセントラルマーケットにとても近いので、買い物や食事には困らないです。中心地にもかかわらず、夜は静かなのでゆっくり眠れます。またクアラルンプール駅やバスターミナルにも歩いてすぐですし、近くでタクシーもつかまりやすいので便利な立地です。何より、日本語が少し話せるスタッフがいらして、とても親切で素敵でした！軽く朝食も付いて、女性1人でも安心して泊まれたので、価格も満足です。

Spacious and clean dorm though it will be helpful if there is more toilet . Very convenient location. Near majour transportation . Eateries and shopping. Free shuttle to bukit bintang and petronas tower! Special thanks to ryan .reigna sappan and mohan for their hospitality

Nothing was terrible about Fernloft, but nothing was particularly good either. Entirely average experience.

I had a fantastic stay here and met some really nice people! The staff were very kind. Ryan was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Fern Loft again :)

Fernloft KL @ Chinatown is an excellent hostel conveniently located a mere spitting distance from China town, Petaling Street, and Kasturi Walk. The hostel is very clean with a social environment, great for meeting like-minded travelers. The staff were genuine and friendly, happy to help you with transportation, best places to eat and drink, and all the tourist (and local) hotspots. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone who may find themselves in this area. Great value for money!

Spent 4 nights in the 24 bed dorm. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hostel provides everything you need and as you can expect it for your money (Lockers, power plugs, ...). I would go there again!

Best thing is location. So easy to access all the public transportation.

Great location and giant dorm not so bad for the fact that is on the cheaper side of KL. The bathroom however was the most deplorable I've seen in a hostel yet. No words- just emotions. Def detracted from the stay. Also wifi in room is non existent if that's a thing that matters to you. Staff is chill- depends on who you get for kindness/hospitality.

1. There is no lock on the locker. 2. Some people have hung their smelly boots outside their rackpacsk and placed at the side of other's bed, whil e they slept on upper beds. 3. My bed was located near the entrance door. Everytime people came in , I was disturbbed by the light outside. 4. No formal place for stroing luggage after check out. We were asked to place our luggage on an open shelf, accessible to everyone.

We were overnighting in KL and it was fine. The double room we booked was hot, in May . Air on in reception was fine. The room was noisy as it fronted onto the Main Street. Close to the market and lots of food outlets. The free breakfast was basic. Security appears ok but a guy snuck though the door as soon as we opened it to leave.

the best option in chinatown area. its walking distance to the mtr, the night market, malls and bus station. its rooms are clean and they have friendly staff. would definitely stay here again. highly recommended hostel in kuala lumpur

I would stay here again.

The air con is turning off during the day so the room is very hot. The checking is at 2 pm so if you arrive earlier yo have to wait. The reception is close from 5am to 9am so becarfull if you arrive in that hour because is nobody there.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. 24 beds in one room can be a little intimidating, however there is plenty of room and for a short stay, the price was worth it. The hostel was in a great location and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

their staff are very nice and friendly. generally the hostel is clean. its location is central. walking distance to train and bus stations. since its in chinatown, food is everywhere.

the location is very close to the MRT is only 5 minutes walk, to a strategic spot for tourist. transportation is very easy to meet goKL and hophop bus. Friendly service and good security. the result is quite good.
