one of the staff turned the light on to do a 'check' whilst some of us were trying to get to sleep. Also we feel we shouldn't have to make our own beds

Reasonably priced hostel, close to different tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helping. The rooftop was a nice place to hang out and the coffee was good. Although it was not available 24 hours, but hot water though. No free drinking water. But there is a water filling station just outside on the road for little money. Or you put hot water in the freezer and wait ;) And the centralized air con(in the 24bed dorm) was just too cold at night so take your sleeping bag with you.

great hostel ☺☺☺☺☺☺👌👌👌👌✊

Bunk beds are all over the place, feel like you are on a roller coaster when siting on them. Have to get next doors wifi if you have an apple device. Air con not on in the day and struggles to cope with keeping the dorm rooms cool. Staff are great and really helpful. Location is brilliant next to a GO KL bus station in the heart of Chinatown

If you are a seasoned traveler, don't need the roof bar scene, and like your wifi, skip this place. Wifi is the worst I've seen in Chinatown, and I'm not 22 so I don't care about swapping novice travel stories anymore--which is great fun, just not my scene.

Dirty rooms and communal areas, a bad smell everywhere. Staff not particularly helpful, often seemed disinterested. Location is decent-close to train /bus stations and Chinatown. Lockers provided in rooms.

Great place to stay, nice terrace, friendly environment, next to the bus stop and train station. The best of my journey is there is a free bus ' GO KL' that takes you to KLCC and other interesting places. Will really strongly recommend the stay at Fernloft. Thanks to the staff on their hospitality services, they have full hand resources and you can ask them anything, well trained staff. Keep it going guys!!!

Good location, nice staff, especially Steven if I remember ;), they gave some good recommendations where to get great and cheap Indian food. We met great people during our stay in the hostel. The dorms were a bit dirty, including the bathrooms.

Great location and value for money. Breakfast is just toast and coffee. Common area's nice. Shared fridge available. Had some trouble with the WiFi.

It is a good hostel, pretty clean and the staf are really cool and really helpful . Is located in China town so is near to most of the turist attractions and pretty close to the free bus of KL that being you to the most important atractions.

the place is good, next to the railway station. it's clean and comfortable. but there are too many people in the room, and it is likely to be disturbed.

Really good location, but please give a proper bed sheet and the air condition in a room (ground level) didn't quite working

Nice hostel, surprisingly the 20-bed dormitory is quite during the night. There is weird smell in the corridor at 3rd floor. Breakfast consists of black coffee and toasts with jam, and there is only one bread toaster, so you have to line up early!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! I decided to cancel the booking of 2 nights, so I sent an email 9 days before original arrival. However there was no reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent another email 4 days later in case of unsuccessful email sending. But there was no reply again!!!!!!! Still they charged me for 2 nights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried to phone to the hostel but there was no reply!!!!!! DONT CHOOSE THIS HOSTEL!!!!!!!!!!L! They are lierFRAUD!

Really good security and location in the China Town area close to a train and bus station, Central Market and some temples. We enjoyed our stay there, and would recommend it to others :-)
