Friendly staff, and of really good security!Nice living room. The only problem was that beds were a bit noisy and sometimes when you enter a room it smells because they don't have windows and there are many people inside.Breakfast not so variable but ok. But anyway, I would definitely recommend this hostel. It is good value for money!

I stayed in the Lavendar mixed dorm. At first I found that there was a smell in the room, but I was not sure if it was due to the people in it or if it was an air freshener smell. The room certainly did not seem to have much ventilation, but there was sufficient fans and air conditions to keep it cool. It was not clear what time the room lights could be switched on. What I did like was that there were power outlets, a small LED lamp and lockers next to each bed, free wifi and good security.

The best thing about this hostel is its location. It's 2 minute from the bus terminal and rail stop and 5 minutes from China town where you will find very cheap and tasty food. A lot of people have trouble finding it at first but I didn't have too much trouble. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a dorm and wasn't all that impressed by it. The air conditioning wasn't on when I got there (was on at night) and the room smelt of sweat. Bathrooms were relatively clean. Not bad overall.

Good Hostel. had no problems. Just did not care much for the breakfast of peanut butter and jam toast. But otherwise great place

I stayed in the mixed dorm, the beds were good clean, the showers / washrooms were really good for the money charged. It was great for me as I had my friends staying just across the Hostel in Hotel Leo

I thought the hostel would be difficult to find but it was no problem - the map on their web site is not north-south. Basically the hostel is opposite the Geo Hotel, above the shops. I found it to be clean and reasonably quiet - I stayed in a 24 bed dorm and got some decent sleep. There are always going to be issues with a dorm - people coming and going, some people being inconsiderate with lights, laptops and phones but you have to live with it. Everything as advertised - a good hostel.

I mistakenly booked the bed 1 month later than my actual trip and when I arrived they just gave me a bed w/o any trouble. Breakfast is simple but nice, great location as you can walk to many tourist attractions and a bus station to get to the valleys/highland. I recommend keep all your precious stuff with you or in locker. In my last day I found a stranger who seemed to have broken in, however the staff was really helpful and escorted me to the police station.

Quite satisfied with the hostel, good location, good amenities. Be sure to check out night before you check out if you wish check out at the morning. Oh, please fix the shower, cloth hanger broken, and shower hanger too at the second floor. Thank you for the nice stay.

Good location, right beside Chinatown. Security is good, lockers in the room. Nice showers and toilets, clean. Staff was helpful, answered my questions. The breakfast was also okey, bread with different spreads and coffee/tea/milo.

I felt safety, freely and happy in your roof, Fernloft K.L!!! I like your location very much,,, it's near many things: train station, central market, Chinatown, Medeka Square, church, temple, pagoda. It's only take some minutes on foot from Fernloft to these place. Fernloft team is so friendly and willing to respond your answers with soft voice and smile. Thanks so much Fernloft team for your supporting and good advice for me whenever i requested. I will always miss you Fernloft at K.L ^.^

Fairly mehish hostel. Had a flight cancelled and they made me pay for the night I missed. I understand this was in the T&Cs but if you want to gain a raving fan, this is not how you do it. Overall, the location is ok because it's close to the train but Chinatown ... it sucks. All the hostels are around Chinatown and I have no idea why. (notwithstanding that Chinatown is the least Chinese Chinatown in the history of Chinatowns).
