We loved our time at the Fernloft Little India. It's in a great location, the staff was helpful, the hostel had a lot of character, and the place was clean. Free internet and light breakfast are additional benefits. We would definitely return to and recommend the Fernloft Little India.

Fantastic location, and the amazingly comfy beds and the luxury of air-con made for an excellent nights sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was great! I will be staying at fernloft again if I ever return to Singapore (which I hope to!).

It really sucked that they only had white bread for breakfast, especially when at the store I saw whole wheat bread next to the white for the same price. Also, they should police the trash cans outside the dorms more often. One night someone threw out some durian (Singapore fruit that smells like gas). And another night someone threw away his dirty underpants. Both times stinking up the hallway pretty good. But the bathrooms were nice and clean and the staff very friendly.

Easy to get to from the airport via the train and only costing $3.20 and then return your card and get your $1 refund so it only costs $2.20! Hostel was very clean, good wifi and very helpful staff. I stayed in the 16 dorm and found it to not be a problem. Your own large locker next to your bed. Would highly reccommend. Little India is a lot of fun just hitting the pavement. Very easy to get around the city. Enjoy =)

I like all facilities in this hostel. the hotels very clean (room, bath room, etc) and also the staffs are so friendly. my suggestion is about size of bed room, it's better if the hostel owner make widening the bed room in order to more comfort for the guests.

Nice place for budget traveler. The bathroom is very clean and the wi-fi is excellent. The room is small and has no window. It's good to have access to sunlight to make room brighter and healthier. Thanks for the good stay there.

It's really cool to be there while celebrating new year trip. Staff is friendly with smiling faces and enjoys whity toast with strawberry jam. Idea for backpackers and budget trip like us.

It was a great stay at Fernloft Little India. The mrt was 5 mins walk only. Many eateries around the corner & bus stop was just in front on the hostel. Staff was very kind & helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Worth the money we paid. We were 13 in our group, youngest was 7 years old & oldest was 74 years old. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

I stayed at fernloft little india at singapore in decembar 2011 and found it very much comfortable. Cahty is the manager and she is very alert, kind and happy nature and all staff is very friendly. Security personal locker, cleanliness, free breakfast arrangement, free interent all are good attractions. And it is located at a very big and busy road, just in front of the bus stop number 23, 65, 130 etc at jalan besar, and it is very near to farrier park MRT, to say 5 minutes walk. It is closed during 3 a.m.

Very accommodating and friendly staff! Thanks to Ms. Cathy, Jayson and to the others! We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Close to MRT, not noisy environment, yummy toasts and hot beverages! We'll stay there if we visit singapore again.
