Not a bad hotel, but not recommended. For the price, I would have expected a better place to stay in. The breakfast was really poor, it would not cost the hotel much to improve that. We stayed 14 nights in Cambodia for half the price of two nights here, and this place was not so good as to justify that expense.

Staff lovely. Hotel very well kept. Gardens and pond full of koi were beautiful. Nicely away from all the noise of khao San road but easily accessible, we got around by tuk tuk which was cheap. Hotel pick up in taxi expensive at 1200 baht but convenient. Lovely character would definitely stay again. Lovely walk to wat pho and grand palace.
