Property Information:
It includes a dining room with a lovely kitchenette and a perfectly working fireplace. One queen size sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony complete the facilities.
Fully equipped and very comfortable, the flat also has air conditioning, independent heating system and an internal private parking space.
Extra charge for required final cleaning (40 Euros). Security Deposit : 100 Euros refundable at the end of the stay. Linen (sheets, towels, tea cloth and bathmat) is not included in the rental rate and will be charged at a rate of cost 10 Euros per person

After Hostelword payment we need 20% deposit payable at booking from the guest to secure his booking (bank transfers free of charge, a small charge applies to payments made by credit cards).
In all my apartment we have Internet Wi fi available for just 3 Euros per day.
