The staff was really nice. Besides the hostel is in the centre of Tralee! It is a great landscape, that you can enjoy and turn off the city stress. Great pubs with live music! Everybody recommends the Sean Og's although I enjoyed every single one! So try out all! :) Enjoy!The staff was really nice. Besides the hostel is in the centre of Tralee! The guy had no idea we were coming. We sat outside for a good 30minutes knocking until a neighbour finally helped us call the owner so he would let us in.The guy had no idea we were coming. My deposit paid on line through PayPay was basically ignored by the hostel, I had been quoted a price directly from them for 20Euro each and that was honored, but I had to pay 40Euro at the door, and the 5 paid on line was not applied, very disappointed with that aspect. A quasi-familial experience!
You are so well welcome you feel immediately comfortable. In a very stylish victorian house, in the center of Tralee, with beautiful, old-style furniture. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and adapts to each guest.

Very noisy beds. Sounds of traffic reached inside to the room as if there was no window at all. Shower dirty and hard to use. Stains everywhere (walls, carpets). Downstairs kitchen lacking equipment.
