A pain to find. We called & had trouble getting an Eng-speaker on the line, & then were given incorrect directions; we wandered w/suitcases for 45 min. Sign is TINY, no front desk. We rang a bell, then an oddly silent man w/ a stony face led us, saying only, "Leave the key there when you check out." It was not one of the pictured rooms; It was a side room in a diff. building, no explanation. Room was clean & a 20 min walk to caldera. Fine if you just want a place to sleep, not if you need help.
