Complete lack of character, the interior gave me a minor depression. The whole place smells weird and the security lockers are nowhere near your capsule. Also, the lockers are really thin so don`t be surprised if you will have to leave your bag in the washing room with no security at all during your entire stay. The staff still live in the 80s and speaks no english at all. The pool in the onsen was far to hot for anyone to stay in it any longer than just a few secs. Breakfast included though :)

Most staff are friendly but those I met did not speak English/had basic English. Most were unaware that there is Free WIFI on floor 2. It does not extend to the 1st/3rd/4th/5th floors. You will receive a locker key to place all your personal belongings... it is secure but the staff will open your locker in order to place a new towel/bathrobe in. Capsule is good size and clean. Tattoo'd individuals might encounter problems (with 50+ signs rejecting entry and service to tattoo'd individuals).

I got the "superior" capsule just because I wanted to make sure I got a tv. It turns out this actually gives you a little room surrounding your capsule, with a locker desk and chair. This was great for privacy, especially as I was staying for 4 nights. When I checked in the receptionist had very limited English, but we managed to get it done. May be a problem if you are hoping for reccomendations or directions. The included breakfast was quite nice.

If you are not a smoker be sure to ask for a non-smoking room, otherwise it could be an unpleasant experience.

Didn't realise when we booked, but this was a capsule hotel. Second one we had been to and this one was actually really good. All of the common areas were very clean and tidy and on one floor there was a whole section devoted to manga and there were free massage chairs you could read in. Plus there was a breakfast included in the price, was a good nights stay.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and tried to use very basic English if possible. The rooms were clean and kept up. For the price the facilities were fantastic. Breakfast included and you could use the public bath and sauna (men only). Was impressed by the manga lounge, game room, and relaxation area, not to mention free Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor. The front desk clerk even gave me an umbrella on my way out because it was raining! Will definitely recommend this place to others.
