the bed a little bit noisy when climbing or changing sleep position. The hostel is located in a very great location. it's located in Clarke Quay where is CBD area and one of most famous elegance night life in Singapore. Close to MRT Clarke Quay as well, easy to go to China Town and Downtown. People around here are office worker. So, not to scare when you walk out side at late.

I really enjoyed my stay at Five Stones Hostel. Great location close to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay, with plenty of affordable places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in Singapore again.

I've stayed at a few hostels in Singapore, but I liked this one the most. Its clean and the common room and company is enjoyable. The only negative coment is the beds are the squeakiest I've ever slept in which can be a pain in larger rooms with people returning late or waking up early. Other than that, they were kind enough to let me use the fridge for food left overs, and the free laundry machine is always a plus, good selection of books and dvd's too.

A superb hostel that is located within easy reach of many key places in the city. Free breakfast and internet access was a big bonus.

This place is excellent! Isabel and all the staff are great and the facilities in the hostel are very good too. You even have a TV with a DVD player in the private rooms. The location is very good, near Clarke Quay and can do good walking trips of Singapore City centre. MRT is only a few minutes walk away and I was even able to use it to get back to the airport early in the morning. Place is spotlessly clean too. Very highly recommended if you're staying in Singapore.

Very helpful staff, great location. I thought there was not enough showers or toilets and that they were not cleaned often enough. Rooms are great, beds are great.

Very decent place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it to friends especially to those who travel solo. Only setback probably is that you sometimes have to wait in line for the showers due to the limited number of shower cubicles but its a minor thing especially if the guest only books in the hostel literally to sleep.

Perfect hostel, but beds were a little too noisy, and the busy road outside was so noisy too. Luckily the hostel provided earplugs. Serious lack of showers and hot water but everything else was perfect. Best hotel I ever stayed in.

I love the staff friendliness, the location, the cleanliness and best security ever! I went out smoking at 5am and I forgot my key in the dorm... basically I locked out. Had to call the staff at 5am, wake her up, and ask for password to manually unlock the lock.

Everything about the hostel was excellent - however a minor downside was the shower rooms (the shower floor was 'flooded' a couple of times & the hot water piping was not insulated - potential hazard as it is really hot!) Otherwise, two thumbs up!

it is an amazing place, very clean and cosy. Great area, especially since it's close to china town and food market, you can eat really cheap there, comparing to the rest of Singapore.
