I may not be able to give very high rating to certain aspects. The conditions of the hostel were pretty much as the others described. But I'll still say it's good value for money. Honestly, 20 euros per night for a private ensuite right in the city centre, what could you ask for? WIFI and breakfast also included. And you got excellent and helpful staff all through your stay.

Thanks for your friendly help and all support. You must do better facilities. The rooms are boring and not like to stay there. Invest in nice rooms and the guest are happy - and come back.

one good thing for the hostel is the location. room is basic. just wonder there is no air-condition in room, how guest stays in room in the summer time. room just equipped with a electrical fan with very low wind blow in the room. during our stay, night time was still ok but day and afternoon time was killing & so damn hot in the room.

I was accommodated on the fifth floor, which smelled awfully (the other floors looked better). The bathroom in my room also smelled so I couldn't close the window - this way it was too hot to stay. I decided to leave. When I said my complaint to the receptionist he didn't argue with me. I told him, "You know it all smells" and he just accepted it and gave my money back. That was at least a fair approach from them.

The light in the room was about as powerful as the one on my phone screen and the toilet does't take loo roll, you have to put it in a bin which is, I might add almost near enough to reach out touch from the bed. The bed in in question was a rickety old thing that felt like it pre-dated the century, It seemed like I could feel every spring digging into me. One of the worst parts though was that there were traces on the bed of the last unfortunate occupant who chose to stay in this place.

It was ok, good location and pretty good breakfast. Just a bit noisy till late in the night, but it's because it's located in one of the main streets.

Located on the main street between Omonia and Monastiraki the hotel "benefits" from non-stop traffic noise that may be very annoying. For a good sleep consider bringing ear plugs. Apart from this, hostel location is very good, close to all major touristic attractions and facilities

Very close to main places to go out at night, and very cheap rates for private rooms. Staff very good too.

Overall the hostel is worth for money. It is in the center of Athens, near the metro station and shopping center. The only problem is the heater didn't work in winter.

Very cheap, but a bit of a dodgy area. Room was ok but blankets were dirty, the room was cold at night and the towels were like cardboard. However, if you just need somewhere cheap to stay and don't mind all that, it's fine. Also, breakfast was pretty basic. Great location for seeing the Acropolis.

The staff's attitude is bad and are not polite. The room is a little bit dirty and the heater didn't work.

Fivos was conveniently located. We used the metro coming from the airport and walked to all of the surrounding sights. When we arrived the front desk clerk provided us with a map and told us exactly where to go because we were limited on time. Our room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Our heater didn't work either but they provided us with a space heater. Breakfast was basic but good. Overall good value for the price.

best location for sightseeing in Athens as it is close to literally everything a tourist will need in Athens like the Metro, flee market, ancient/roman agora, walkable distance to Acropolis, Syntagma and Omonia, restaurants, etc. i paid 10 euros/night for a single room ensuite with free breakfast and for me this hostel gives the best value for money. they may not have a lift and a working heating but the staffs are nice and helpful. my room was cleaned everyday. they say the street is dodgy tho.

I booked 4 nights and I ended up to stay 20 more because I felt home with the esquisit cordiality of the owner and the friendship of the staff The Hostel is located at the very heart of Athens very close walking distance to all the major attractions that the city offers to visitors, including nightlife The atmosphere that I experienced in the low seasons was very relaxed and peaceful A top good value for money
