Hotel Fivos was great! The staff are always available and extremely helpful, and the breakfast was loevly compared to some others I've had... Added bonus - I had the dorm to myself in late Nov! Missed Fivos while I was away! Definately recommend it to others! And so close to EVERYTHING!!!

The best here is Jessica at the front desk, she took the time to show me on the Athens map where to go and what to do.. very enthusiastic! unfortunately that would be the only good thing here and she would maybe leave soon.. The rooms are too noisy, not dirty but not very clean. Bathrooms are not recomendable =/ and showers are too small and not clean. Good breakfast. Cheap but they charge you 3 Euro to store your bag, 1 Euro for 10 min internet. Very close to metro, Acropolis and some bars.

The location is great, literally 1 minute walk from Monastiraki and the Psirri area. Our room was pretty clean and rather small, but you can't expect luxury for such a small price. This is a good address for the backpackers type, or if you're just here for a couple of nights in Athens. The breakfast (served until 10am) is ok: you have a buffet with the usual toasts & jam, corn flakes, and all you need to make your own Greek salad.

Fantastic location!! but double bed room is quite small and noisy. At the first time, I could not sleep well. Breakfast is buffet also good; several vegetables, milk, juice, bread, etc. The cleaness is not too bed in my room; no bed bug and stains.

If the hotel owner can invest on a better noise lowering window technique, this hotel would be that kind of a great place on the Monastiraki Sq.

Rooms where a little tight but clean, fine for what we wanted. Perfect location and easy to get to by the metro. The staff were also very helpful. My only problem with this hostel is that everything costs, internet, baggage hold etc. I guess i've maybe got too use to having these services for free in other countries but overall a nice place and one i'd go back to.
