They said I couldn't use the credit card to make the payment. Another day I could. I found clothes behind the bed (is that the way you check/clean a room?)

They don't care about anything, you like or dislike, you want some help or not.The location is excellent yes, but it doesn't mean they don't need any polite behaviour to the customers.Sheets and towels weren't clean enough and the bed wasn't comfortable,it was too old and noisy .Noone cares about breakfast is enough for all people or it finished and need to add something etc.To addition, when you asked for better condition, they say we can't guaranteed it will be better than now.
