I spent my Sunday morning on a ladder because fuses kept blowing off. Ridiculous thing considering that heating was electric... I called the front desk but they just told me that "We know, that is why there is a ladder in a corridor". I asked for the refund for the last day of my stay but the answer was "I am not in a position to do so". Good place but terrible customer service.
